My recent stay at the InterContinental Foshan Poly exceeded my expectations, and I just had to share a glowing review! The room's decor felt very high-quality, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The mattress and pillows were just the right balance of soft and firm – perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The bathroom was a real standout, with beautiful marble walls complemented by unique mosaic tiles. They provided a full set of Byredo toiletries, which had a cool, sophisticated scent. There was also a spacious standalone bathtub, ideal for a relaxing soak in the evening. Everything was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was spot on. I particularly want to commend two staff members for their genuinely heartfelt service. Richard, the duty manager, was incredibly reliable. When I had an issue during check-in, he handled it swiftly and efficiently with a professional and patient demeanor throughout. Andy, from the executive lounge, provided exceptional service with great attention to detail. He proactively refilled drinks and replenished snacks, showing a keen awareness of guests' needs without being overly intrusive. His quiet yet attentive service made the lounge experience incredibly pleasant.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely deserving of a huge thumbs-up! The hotel's Executive Lounge, in particular, was the absolute highlight of our trip. First off, the lounge environment is superb – elegant and modern decor, with comfortable and private seating arrangements. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a casual get-together with friends, or like us, just want to quietly enjoy your vacation, you'll find the perfect spot. A special shout-out goes to the lounge team: Candy, Tiki, Amy, and Sunny for their exceptional service. From the exquisite pastries during afternoon tea to the generous selection of snacks and drinks during the evening cocktail hour, every staff member was smiling, attentive, and perfectly discreet. They consistently remembered our drink preferences and proactively introduced seasonal specials. The Happy Hour offerings were incredibly impressive, almost a fine dining experience in itself, with a full spread of hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits. As for other aspects, the guest rooms lived up to the usual InterContinental standard – comfortable bedding and brand-new facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including authentic Foshan local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality experience.
