This hotel really nails the details! There were no strange smells in the hallway, and I could easily adjust the hot and cold water in the bathroom. The nightlight was perfectly dimmed, not harsh on the eyes at all. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was fresh and hot. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner downstairs. It's quiet and so comfortable—definitely the kind of place I'd actively recommend to friends.

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Every corner was well-maintained, making for a truly pleasant stay. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes – hot congee, noodles, pastries, fruits, and snacks were all available, leaving me satisfied every morning. The complimentary airport shuttle service was a huge plus; after booking in advance, the driver was promptly waiting, saving me the hassle and effort of arranging airport transfers myself. The hotel also offers a laundry service, and after washing and drying, items were returned to my room promptly, so I didn't have to worry about dirty clothes during my long trip. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, responding quickly to all my requests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Traveling to Guangzhou, I stayed at the ECharm Hotel (Ximenkou Subway Station branch) and I genuinely recommend it! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a two or three-minute walk from Metro Exit A. It’s super close to Beijing Road, Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, and Yongqingfang, all directly accessible by subway, or a short taxi ride that costs just the base fare. Downstairs, there are tons of time-honored noodle roll shops and dessert places; if you're hungry late at night, you can just step out and eat, it’s perfect for foodies! The room was comfortable – fully smart, you just say ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant) and the curtains close. The toilet seat was even heated, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and there's even a robot that delivers takeaways to your room, which the kids absolutely loved. For breakfast, they have a freshly cooked bowl of noodles that was delicious – gotta eat well to have energy for sightseeing. For this location and these amenities, the value for money is off the charts. If you're visiting Guangzhou, staying here is definitely the right choice. I'll be back next time! 😋

Facilities: The amenities are complete, including a laundry room, dryer, and gym. It was raining when I visited, so the dryer came in very handy. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was decent, not the best but certainly not the worst – perfectly adequate for a business trip, in my opinion. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and in the heart of Yuexiu District, making it incredibly convenient for both tourism and business travel. Service: Most of the front desk staff were great – very kind, patient, and even provided some travel tips. However, there was one who had a sour expression and gave very perfunctory answers to questions, which was quite off-putting! Overall, about 70% of the staff were excellent.

At breakfast, all the ladies in the restaurant were incredibly enthusiastic, greeting guests and explaining the different food options. They were also very helpful in answering any questions. Even the cleaning staff were friendly; I bumped into one on my way back to the room and she cheerfully gave me some extra toilet paper. Room: Great value for money. For the price, the facilities were more than adequate. Since it's in a residential area, the view from the window naturally offered a glimpse into local life and daily hustle and bustle. Breakfast: The restaurant was clean and bright with a good variety of choices. While not as extensive as a typical buffet, it was certainly enough for breakfast, offering both Western and Chinese options. The food quality was standard. Location: It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, located in a residential area with plenty of restaurants and daily necessities stores nearby, making it very convenient.

This E-charm Hotel on Donghuanan Road is amazing in every aspect. It's my top choice for business trips, as it's close to where I need to be. The room facilities are complete, and the internet is stable, making it perfect for handling work on the go. The hygiene is excellent, and the hotel environment is quiet, which really helps to alleviate travel fatigue. There's also plenty of drinking water in the room, and the service is professional and polite. It's definitely my go-to for business travel, a full-score recommendation! Extremely convenient location, just a short walk to the subway. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The hotel's location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby – you can even grab a bite at Liyin downstairs, haha. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms at all. I arrived a bit early and there weren't many people checking out yet, but as soon as a room was available, she promptly arranged it for me.
