This E-shang hotel truly has my heart! I'm thoroughly impressed with every aspect. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. With Guangzhou's scorching heat right now, the staff immediately and thoughtfully offered me a refreshing glass of iced lemon water as soon as I walked in, seeing how sweaty I was. I was really touched and incredibly satisfied with E-shang's service! Secondly, the room's cleanliness was impeccable; every visible area was spotless. The room also features a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant for one-touch control of the AC and lights, which was super convenient. There's a self-service laundry room on the first floor, making it easy to wash and dry clothes. And if you're in a hurry to go out, you can even ask the staff to wash and dry them for you and have them delivered back to your room – now that's truly thoughtful! Oh, and the location is fantastic too; it's close to all the major attractions, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is located in Haizhu District, super close to the Pearl River night cruise and the Canton Tower. Right across the street, you'll find BBQ and specialty Guangzhou dishes, so you'll never have to worry about food. The front desk staff even gave me a discount coupon for Fengchu Restaurant in Guangzhou. It's also very close to Beijing Road and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. The best part is the environment is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the price is right, even including breakfast. For a hotel in this location, the value for money is just incredible. I've unlocked another great hotel; it's definitely recommended for anyone coming to Guangzhou!

They were able to arrange a pick-up in advance, and it's quite close to both the high-speed rail and intercity train stations. Overall, it's good; the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped. The front desk service is efficient, saving a lot of waiting time. The surrounding amenities are complete, making it very suitable for business trips.

This hotel really nails the details! There were no strange smells in the hallway, and I could easily adjust the hot and cold water in the bathroom. The nightlight was perfectly dimmed, not harsh on the eyes at all. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was fresh and hot. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner downstairs. It's quiet and so comfortable—definitely the kind of place I'd actively recommend to friends.

The location isn't all that's attractive to the eye, it's like an industrial place, had to confirm the location as we drove closer. Arrived and the reception was clean and welcoming of course the check-in for foreigners takes “ 32” days😏 it didn't help that it was cold and drizzly outside and I was freezing. After 7 days and 9 years, I was given my key and I reminded the receptionist that my stay came with like a fruit basket of some sort, well let's say there was nothing to write home about in the “ basket “ but the nectarines helped when I was on the trail race the following day. My room was on the 5th floor, clean and spacious was my first impression, besides the lack of a mini bar fridge, there was a “wardrobe “ a working TV, a table, and a sofa.🥲🌞Towels were clean and plenty, they had the sleepers and your toothbrush set and your usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash🌞. The other two were full, bar the conditioner. There are no shower sleepers😒, but the shower is quite spacious. Weird is if you shower the toilet floor is gonna be wet because there's no shower door😏, just the one main bathroom door. The water was quite hot, just the way water temperature should be in winter 🌞. They have a full-on laundry room on the 6th floor. My room was next to the main road which I quite regretted as I'm very sensitive to noise and there was an occasional sound of a plane flying past (this is just for me because I really can't do buzzing, humming, or droning noises). The laundry room helped a lot because I didn't wanna travel with wet stinky clothes so I did my laundry and got ready to leave. It's a decent hotel, the location is not so attractive but the inside is quite something. The assistants didn't speak English so we used Translator.

This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were immediately given a free room upgrade. The facilities are excellent, the room has great natural light and was spotless. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It's also super convenient for dining and getting around. Our entire stay was completely hassle-free, and the value for money is outstanding. This will definitely be our top choice for accommodation whenever we travel!

Having stayed at Yishang hotels in different cities and generally finding them to be good value for money, I booked the Shiqiao branch without much research. This one was a complete disappointment. Let's start with the good points. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and responsible. However, the cleanliness was terrible. While it's not the hotel's fault that guests smoke in their rooms, every room had the same smell. My first room smelled musty, and the second one was filled with the smell of smoke, even the curtains. After trying several rooms, I bought a smoke remover before finally settling in. Everyone was cooperative throughout, but the cleanliness remained a problem. There was a large black stain on the bath towel, which I immediately asked them to replace. All the carpets were dirty. The breakfast wasn't extensive but was filling; however, the fried eggs were homemade, and the room smelled strongly of cooking oil. The location was also inconvenient; it's a 15-minute walk to Shiqiao Station, which can be frustrating when dragging luggage. The online listing for a gym didn't actually include one.

5/5 Recommend Great place for business travellers! Low price yet clean room, full amenities, and excellent service. The free breakfast is very good too, and it opens really early (7am), which is good timing to have a fast bite before going to work. They even have a robot service that brings food delivery straight to the room. 👍

Super close to the subway station, just a 200-meter walk. The place was spotlessly clean, and the window view of the greenery was incredibly picturesque. Plus, there are so many convenient dining options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip!
