Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was decent, not the best but certainly not the worst – perfectly adequate for a business trip, in my opinion. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and in the heart of Yuexiu District, making it incredibly convenient for both tourism and business travel. Service: Most of the front desk staff were great – very kind, patient, and even provided some travel tips. However, there was one who had a sour expression and gave very perfunctory answers to questions, which was quite off-putting! Overall, about 70% of the staff were excellent.

Located in Huadu (about 10–15 min drive to Sunac Resort), it’s close to Guangzhou North Railway Station and still reasonably convenient despite being outside the city center. Don’t expect luxury—this is value-for-money, not five-star vibes. The real highlight is the room types. They’ve got a legit 2-bedroom family layout (1 queen + 2 singles, ~60–65m²), which is rare at this price point. On top of that, there’s a separate mahjong room option—perfect if you’re traveling with friends and want something to do at night. The mahjong room itself is smaller (~45m², twin beds), so don’t confuse it with the full 2-bedroom suite—they’re NOT the same. (Trip.com) Rooms are clean, modern, and basic—nothing fancy, but no major red flags either. Service is solid, and the hotel is known for being good value with consistently high ratings. If your goal is vibes + gambling with friends → book the mahjong room, but accept it’s smaller. Bottom line: Cheap, practical, and actually fun if you pick the right room. The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and polite. Check-in was quick, and they offer free parking. They even proactively told me about nearby dining and entertainment options. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel environment is quiet, facilities are complete, and it's conveniently located. Overall, the experience was fantastic, highly recommended.

This hotel really nails the details! There were no strange smells in the hallway, and I could easily adjust the hot and cold water in the bathroom. The nightlight was perfectly dimmed, not harsh on the eyes at all. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was fresh and hot. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner downstairs. It's quiet and so comfortable—definitely the kind of place I'd actively recommend to friends.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Echarm Hotel located at No.3 Huagui road.  The check-in process was fast and smooth. One of the highlights was the complimentary laundry service—our clothes were washed, neatly folded, and delivered back to our room while we were out shopping, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is also in a great location, surrounded by many convenience stores and plenty of local street food, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Ms. 赵金燕 at the front desk for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to assist us and even arranged complimentary breakfasts throughout our stay. Her warmth and hospitality made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very convenient for transport. The subway entrance is just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, parking is free! The breakfast is good, with options like wonton soup and beef noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right by Teemall, with plenty of great food and entertainment options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting guests warmly. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again. They also offer laundry service.

Facilities: Normal. Even with all the lights on, the room was a bit dim. One of the bedside reading lamps wasn't working, but it was still acceptable. A minor drawback was that the water pressure wasn't strong enough, and the hot water wasn't hot enough. However, the air conditioning was good. Cleanliness: Normal. It was cleaned reasonably well. For a two-night stay, the bed was made fresh each day, and I didn't notice any obvious dirt. However, walking barefoot, there was a tiny bit of dust, but it was still okay. Environment: Soundproofing was average. It might have been an end room, so there wasn't much foot traffic. Luckily, the neighboring guests were considerate and didn't slam doors late at night. With the windows closed, I could still hear street noise and traffic. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider this aspect, but it was fine for me. Service: When I arrived to check in, it felt a bit understaffed, and the process was a bit slow. Perhaps with one more person, it would have been smoother. Delivery drivers aren't allowed to bring food to the room; they can only leave it at the front desk. Although the front desk mentioned adding the concierge's WeChat to have it delivered to the room, I didn't try it. The WeChat response speed was good. Considering the weekday price, the value for money is good. The street downstairs is full of restaurants, so you won't have trouble finding food. However, the downside of being on a busy street is also very apparent; the street outside is a bit dirty and noisy. The location is also excellent; it's just across the road from a mall, and two nearby subway stations are within a 10-minute walk. Getting a taxi is also convenient. Overall, it's good.

Seeing me with two children, they proactively upgraded our room, a gesture of genuine care and human touch. Whenever we had a request, they responded quickly, and their meticulous service made us feel completely at ease. The hotel's location is also a major highlight – just a few steps from Yuexiu metro station. It was easy to walk there with the kids, allowing us to conveniently travel all over Guangzhou. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and in the mornings, we could take the children for a stroll in Yuexiu Park. It saved us time and hassle. The room was clean and bright, with all facilities provided. Every detail showed careful thought and quality, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. I sincerely thank the hotel. Their genuine service and thoughtful details swept away all the weariness of our journey. Such a high-value and quality experience is truly rare.
