Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Hotels in Guangzhou

I believe this was my first stay at an InterContinental hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were the facilities on par with other brands, but the meticulousness of the service actually surpassed most other hotels I've stayed at previously. **Regarding the Facilities:** The hotel lobby is impressively luxurious and grand, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The amenities are also well-maintained and still look new. Upon entering the room, I immediately felt very pleased—it's exactly what I look for. My family was also very satisfied, and our child was so reluctant to leave, they just wanted to stay in the hotel 😂. **Regarding the Service:** Even before checking in, I connected with Demi from the customer service center on WeChat. She checked in with us morning and evening, inquiring about any needs we might have. The service was incredibly meticulous and efficient. Even in supposed 'luxury' hotels I've stayed at previously, I've never encountered such attentive service. As a new InterContinental customer, this hotel left me with an excellent impression of the InterContinental brand. All in all, I'm very grateful to InterContinental for providing my family and me with such a fulfilling vacation. I hope to have the opportunity to become an 'InterContinental Ambassador' in the future 😄.
