Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Hotels in Guangzhou

The staff at this Intercontinental hotel are incredibly service-oriented. From the moment my car pulled up to the lobby, I could feel the professionalism and enthusiasm of the concierge team. As I was traveling for business, I was constantly going back and forth between the hotel and my client. No matter if it was morning or evening, I always encountered meticulous concierges who would proactively open car doors, greet guests, and help with luggage. Even in the scorching heat, working outdoors, they never slacked off. They truly deserve commendation. There was a slight hiccup during check-in; it felt like the front desk agent wasn't very experienced in handling special situations, but thankfully, everything was resolved smoothly in the end. When I was checking out and waiting in line, an international staff member immediately came over and opened a new counter to process transactions, which was very flexible and ensured that guests in the lobby wouldn't have to wait too long. The breakfast was also very rich and diverse. The staff in the all-day dining restaurant were well-organized. I particularly liked the fresh squeezed juice, and tables were cleared quite promptly. As I was leaving, I chatted with a male lobby manager, mentioning that the hotel is well-maintained, but could use a renovation to add some smart amenities, such as robots for food delivery and smart toilets. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I look forward to seeing updated hardware and the same excellent service on my next visit!
