GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the layout was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and it felt particularly relaxed as soon as I lay down, and I slept very well at night. The water pressure in the bathroom is very sufficient, the hot water comes quickly, and the quality of toiletries is also good.

MM506548****The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and bright, offering a wonderful sense of openness. It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. To my surprise, he immediately dropped what he was doing and drove over to pick me up, even reminding me to be careful on the roads in the scenic area. Over many years of travel, I've explored numerous mountains and lakes and experienced all kinds of services, but service staff like Beibei, who possess both professionalism and genuine warmth, are truly rare. His sincerity and enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the already beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake.

The location is good, eating and shopping around is very convenient, very close to the shopping mall and food street, convenient transportation, next time you have the opportunity to stay!

ZZhouyechen酒店很乾凈整潔，前台小姐姐好熱情，服務態度很好，我們説前台的乾果和棗子很好吃，第二天退房時給我們準備了一小袋，真的巨幸福，南方小土豆來新疆真的感覺到很冷，但是在新疆處處感覺到了温暖，特別是前台小姐姐的細節，看我提了幾個白色塑料袋裝着一堆衣服，很貼心的給我拿了酒店的專屬袋子給我裝衣服，來時行李箱好好的，回去真的大包小包，真的被酒店温暖到了，喜歡輕奢乾淨簡潔風的夥伴們，非常推薦入住

It was a very satisfying experience. The room rate was also very affordable, and they even upgraded me. Thank you so much to the beautiful front desk staff for their excellent review.

The room key cards are quite unique; the staff mentioned they feature photos of Sayram Lake taken by the hotel's own employees.
Having just opened in November, it's a new hotel with comprehensive facilities, impeccable hygiene, and very attentive service.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited though.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
