GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserFor this trip to Sayram Lake, I chose to stay at the Orange Hotel in Bole. The hotel is new and well-equipped. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel staff are warm, attentive, and highly efficient. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with a wetland park right next door. Overall, a fantastic stay.

AAnonymous UserGot an upgraded room during the off-season, and the staff were very professional. The overall comfort of the room was quite good. I didn't give it a perfect score because there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially for a Hyatt-branded hotel with a non-trivial price tag (comparable to a five-star hotel). 1. The hot food at breakfast was almost cold (we arrived at the restaurant a little after 8 AM), which made it feel like it had been prepared the day before; if that's the case, it's quite bad. 2. When the room is set for sleeping, the light switch for the mirror light is brightly flashing directly at the bed, which is annoying and affects sleep. 3. There's a problem with the waterproofing around the washbasin; there's a noticeable leak.

There are many perks available at different times of the day. The room facilities are exquisite, the environment is good, the TV screen is large, and the windows are incredibly clean, offering a 270-degree view of the mountains for a leisurely experience. The underfloor heating is comfortable and adjustable, and breakfast is rich and varied.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and conveniently located near the old east gate exit of Saihu Lake, which was great after a day of exploring. The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented.

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

The automatic system is super worry-free, the special room has a high value, the triple and quadruple room layout is reasonable, and the living is comfortable and not crowded. The location is excellent, the surrounding area is full of shopping malls, one-stop eating, drinking and playing, the service is warm and thoughtful, and I will stay here next time!

The area is very quiet, avoiding the hustle and bustle near the East Gate. The hotel facilities are new, with a thoughtful and well-designed layout, and the bathroom features a wet/dry separation. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Attention to detail is superb: there's complimentary tea in the lobby, along with common medications. The rooms come with a large-capacity humidifier. The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
