GGuest UserYou screwed up on the reservation. I had a confirmation from you of my request for king executive suite, and when I checked in the front desk said you had sent a reservation for 2 queens. Not good. They were sold out and I had to take the 2 queens. The hotel gets great reviews, but the booking agent does not. Will never use a third party booking service again.
