The receptionist, Xiao Gu, provided excellent service; she was very welcoming and had a great attitude. The hotel was very clean, close to the scenic area, and conveniently located. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's design style is antique and elegant, giving a warm and comfortable feeling. "The hardware facilities are really good, the room is large, but the service is almost meaningless. First, the parking sign in the basement hotel lobby is not very obvious. Second, there is a wedding banquet in the lobby when checking in. Although it is more than 8 pm, it is really super noisy. Third, I opened two rooms. One of the cabinets still had bags for the last or several guests. After the room service came to check, I said sorry and it was over. The last helpless thing was that the next room of the other room arranged a wedding room. It was noisy until it was faster at night. The next day, it started to be noisy at 5 am. Since there is a wedding, why does the hotel not arrange other guests on other floors? The service is really speechless. In short, the whole stay experience is very noisy."

"The room is equipped with welcome snacks, bottled water and coffee. The bedding was dry and odorless, and the room was cleaned very well. However, the shower gel was uncomfortable to use, and it didn't wash clean and was slippery. There are many TV channels. There is a bar street below the hotel. It was New Year's Eve, so it was understandably a bit noisy. I don’t know if the surrounding area can be considered a food street, but there are plenty of places to eat. Next to it is the Fu River, and it is very comfortable to take a walk at night. You can see the Linxian Tower not far away, and the lights are beautiful at night. The front desk was polite and welcoming, and the breakfast tasted good."
