"The service was absolutely terrible. The travel agency booked our stay the night before, and we wanted to stay an extra night, so we booked another through Ctrip. On the day we checked in, we asked to extend our stay for another day. They told us to come back to the front desk the next day and try again with our credit card, which would most likely be possible. But when we arrived at the front desk at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told we couldn't extend our stay. We had to move rooms and have to accept a 12:00 PM check-in and a 3:00 PM check-out. The reason was that a group had booked two weeks prior, and they had given us their room number. What kind of excuse is that? I've never heard of that. I was hoping for a convenient extension, but we ended up having to change hotels. After a long argument, they said they'd leave our luggage in the room and move us to the new room once it was ready. I reluctantly accepted that. Also, my friend's room was infested with giant spiders—more than one—and the staff were using paper cups to catch them. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. You should definitely try a better one."

"Spacious: This two-bedroom, one-living room apartment is incredibly spacious, with a queen-size bed and two bunk beds, accommodating at least six adults. It's perfect for a family or a group of friends. Cleanliness: Very clean, just like the promotional photos! Location: Very convenient, within walking distance of landmarks like the Sacred Heart Cathedral and the Eternal Flame. Host: A nice, friendly guy. He can help with taxi reservations."

"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"My friend and I stayed for two nights in Sarajevo, and this Residence Inn offered excellent value for money. The cleanliness deserves full marks; both the room and common areas were spotless, which made our stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, and with two single beds plus a sofa bed, it was enough for the four of us. Although the facilities weren't brand new, they were practical and complete. The hotel's location was the most convenient aspect. We could walk to the Old Town and other main attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. There were also two good local restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find food in the evening. What surprised me was seeing quite a few Asian guests here, which suggests it's a popular choice with a good reputation. The overall environment and service were satisfying, making it suitable for both group travels with friends and solo trips. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo!"

"Отзыв об Old Town Bardakčije 5 Design Apartments ПЛЮСЫ: 1. Апартаменты чистые и аккуратные. Постельное бельё, полотенца и полы были чистыми. 2. Удобная планировка: гостиная и две отдельные спальни. 3. Удобные кровати и подушки, было дополнительное одеяло. 4. Есть телевизор с Netflix и YouTube. 5. Интернет работал хорошо. 6. Апартаменты находятся в зелёном и тихом районе, из окон приятный вид на деревья. Напротив входа есть небольшая терраса со столом и стульями. 7. В гостиной есть кондиционер, в мае его хватало на квартиру. 8. Удобное самостоятельное заселение. 9. Рядом есть всё необходимое: пекарня, пиццерия, магазин и автобусная остановка. 10. Район спокойный, безопасный и атмосферный, более “местный”, чем туристический. МИНУСЫ: 1. Квартира в жизни значительно меньше, чем выглядит на фотографиях. 2. Главный минус — сломанные жалюзи в гостиной. Именно из-за большого панорамного окна и вида мы выбрали это жильё. Жалюзи были сломаны и закрывали часть окна, из-за чего: — в квартиру почти не попадал свет — невозможно было наслаждаться видом — помещение плохо проветривалось и быстро становилось жарко. Мы сообщили владельцу о проблеме, но за время проживания её так и не решили. Нам сказали, что займутся этим уже после нашего выезда. 3. В ванной было минимальное количество принадлежностей: всего два рулона туалетной бумаги и 2 шампуня, один из которых был пустым. Не было даже мыла для рук. 4. Кухня плохо оборудована для готовки. Из посуды были только базовые вещи, одна старая сковородка без крышки. Не было доски для нарезки, лопатки или нормального кухонного ножа — только нож для хлеба. Когда мы попросили обычный нож, владелец ответил, что ему нужно “поискать”. 5. Кран на кухне был сломан и сильно шатался. Пользоваться раковиной было неудобно. 6. Из-за плохого оснащения кухни нормально готовить было сложно, хотя именно наличие кухни было одной из причин выбора этих апартаментов. 7. До центра около 15 минут пешком, но дорога идёт в резкую гору. Для нас это не было проблемой, но кому-то может быть тяжело. В целом проживание не было ужасным — нам было комфортно спать и отдыхать, район действительно приятный. Но многие вещи не соответствовали ожиданиям. Мы выбрали это жильё из-за красивого окна и возможности готовить дома, но в итоге не получили ни нормального вида, ни достаточного света, ни комфортных условий для готовки. Мы понимаем, что техника и вещи могут ломаться, но когда мы сообщали о проблемах, нам отвечали: «извините, сейчас ничего сделать не можем». При этом жильё не бесплатное, и хотелось бы, чтобы элементарные проблемы решались во время проживания, а не после выезда. Лично я второй раз это жильё уже не выбрала бы."
