"The airport pickup was unfortunately very disappointing. We had given them our flight number and arrival time at least twice beforehand (it was the first flight, arriving at 6:50 am), and no one was there. A nice taxi driver then called the hotel, and someone was supposed to come.
Someone did arrive, but it wasn't clear which hotel they belonged to. He looked around briefly and left again without speaking to the two couples waiting (us and two other people). I then called again, they laughed briefly, hung up, and then the same man came back and spoke to us. He even said he'd been informed that we were arriving at 9 am... The welcome at the hotel was great; we were even allowed to have breakfast, even though check-in wasn't until later. The bungalow was also great.
The bicycles could use a bit of a tune-up (the gears didn't work, there was no kickstand, the basket was wobbly...).
But it's still great that bicycles, canoes, and SUPs are provided. There's something going on every day that you can participate in (mostly for free).
The staff are also really friendly; they address you by name.
The location is absolutely beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, the snorkeling was okay, and the moray eel at the ferry dock is amazing.
One suggestion for improvement: add a blackout blind to the room by the outdoor shower so it doesn't get so bright so quickly."
