"It was my first time in Xinjiang, and I was a little nervous, being unfamiliar with the area. But this hotel completely put our anxiety to rest! I have to give it a shout-out. The receptionists were like walking encyclopedias, patiently telling us which restaurants were good nearby, how much a taxi would cost, and even thoughtfully reminding us about the temperature and time difference. The room was spotless; the bedding was crisp and clean with no odor, and even the bathroom windows were sparkling clean. The amenities were also very complete."

"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a laundry and drying room. The owner even upgraded our room, which was very kind of them. Parking was convenient, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It's also a pet-friendly hotel. It's really not easy to find such a good hotel when traveling with furry friends; it was unexpectedly good, and the room smelled nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, with freshly made steamed buns that were clean and healthy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying at such a wonderful hotel while traveling really warmed my heart 😭"

The hotel was clean and tidy overall, with spacious and bright rooms that were meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and pleasant stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the location was convenient for getting around, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. My stay was fantastic, making it my top choice for accommodation, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad.

Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

Traveling with my family, I booked the most cost-effective hotel 🏨 via Beitun. The reception at the front desk was very warm. Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area. The staff also patiently recommended us several good local restaurants that are cost-effective and affordable. This is a very good stay experience

Check-in at the hotel front desk was super fast, and check-out was express with no room inspection, which was really convenient for us since we were in a hurry. The hotel staff were warm and thoughtful, and even helped us with our luggage. The location is great, right on the pedestrian street with free shared rides, which is super convenient. The bedding was spotless and smelled fresh. I'll definitely be back!

Problems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!
