When I went to bed to rest last night, I found a lot of bugs crawling on the bed. This scene was absolutely horrifying and seriously affected our mood and rest. What is even more annoying is that when we reported this issue to the waiters, their attitude was extremely bad. Not only did he not show the slightest apology or sincerity in solving the problem, but he also tried to shirk responsibility. Such health conditions and service attitude are really far from the standards that a hotel should have. I originally expected to have a comfortable rest environment in your hotel, but ended up encountering such a bad situation. I hope your hotel can pay attention to these issues, strengthen health management, improve the quality of service staff, and prevent other guests from having the same painful experience as me."

We moved to another room and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were bugs on the bed and the projector, and the shower was blocked. So disgusting! The traffic jam happened in 2 minutes, which was a terrible experience! ! ! Check in carefully"
