"Facilities: The room was spacious, featuring a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed itself was quite generous in size.
Hygiene: The cleanliness was decent, quite satisfactory overall.
Environment: The hotel boasts a very large parking lot, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Conveniently located downstairs are a big supermarket, a bakery, and a Luckin Coffee. There are also several restaurants right next door, and just across the street, you'll find numerous snack stalls, ensuring a plethora of dining choices.
Service: I found that some of the front desk staff could use improvement in their customer service. As breakfast wasn't included in my reservation, I inquired at the front desk if it could be added, but the response was rather abrupt. They didn't even offer the option to purchase breakfast vouchers, which was quite disheartening for a visitor from out of town. Nevertheless, these are minor points, and I hope to see them addressed in the future."

"Facilities: Very good, the private hot spring has a strong sulfur smell.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff was very responsible. After hiking, we returned to a sparkling clean room, with our shoes neatly arranged. Attention to detail truly shows their high standards.
Environment: I absolutely love the environment here; it perfectly matches my idea of a high-end hotel. I'll definitely be back next year for another vacation, hoping they maintain this quality.
Service: The service was warm and enthusiastic. All the staff worked hard and were very responsible and considerate.
Couple's one-time Heaven-sent Hot Spring Ticket: You can visit once a day. There are many pools, and it's not too crowded, so the experience was excellent.
Breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was acceptable, though I'd suggest improving it a bit. Also, I recommend the hotel provide humidifiers for guests with special needs."

However, on this recent visit, we felt the service wasn't as good as before. The staff lacked proactive service awareness and a sense of warmth. The breakfast variety and taste at the restaurant haven't improved. While guests from all over have different preferences, can't there be more variety than the same few small desserts, steamed buns, and snacks every single day? Even the nightly orange offering is always just oranges, nothing else. Frankly, a hotel with such solid fundamentals would be truly outstanding if it put more heart into its operations!"

The front desk service is attentive, and the guest rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, with separate shower and toilet areas in the bathrooms. Breakfast is served in a comfortable setting. This is a trustworthy hotel and highly recommended. A friendly reminder: when entering Jianmen Mountain, start from the South Gate near the hotel and begin the climb. However, if you wish to challenge yourself with the ”Gibbon Path” and ”Bird Path,” it is recommended to enter from the North Gate."

"Hiking Jianmenguan and then enjoying a hot spring soak, I had an unexpectedly great stay! As a designer hotel, the aesthetics really shine! The overall style is modern and artistic, with a simple yet grand lobby. The soft furnishings and lighting in the public areas are very tasteful. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was also very soundproof, so I slept really well 👍 The hotel is located right at the entrance of Tianci Food Street, just a two-minute walk from Tianci Hot Spring, which was incredibly convenient."

The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and people sleep well. The reception was warm and thoughtful and the check-in was fast. Especially the room has a wide view, you can see the beautiful view of the city in the morning, and your mood has improved. The details are also in place, the facilities are complete, and the WiFi signal is strong. The price is super high, I will choose here next time I come here, I highly recommend it to my friends!"

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, the proprietress is very polite, but parking is not convenient, the hotel said that it can be parked in the back community, but the community security guards are not allowed to enter, and finally can stop by the road.
There is also a noisy before 12 o'clock in the evening, because the hotel has a chess room and billiard hall on the same floor, and sleep early carefully.

Stayed in the yard for two nights, the house has a small balcony, you can drink tea. Opposite is the most lively place in the town, dam dam movies, children's amusement facilities, quiet after nine o'clock in the evening, go out lively, go home quietly to sleep, good. Downstairs is a supermarket, convenient. Five or six hundred meters is the south gate of Jianmenguan, and the rare ticket place for the back ramp is near the south gate.

The boss was warm and patient, the room was clean and tidy, because it was the off-season and I upgraded the room. It was especially large and there was a massage chair. The water flow was large and the living was very comfortable. It was recommended.

MM25821****I found this one for a long time. It was a pleasant surprise. The night view outside the hotel room was clean and the night view was beautiful. It was 5 minutes from the south gate of Jianmenguan. The front desk service was warm and free tofu pot and rice, and free breakfast was also given! There is also a theater next door, and I just arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening and watched the show for free. It was a good experience!

GGuest UserPassing through Pu'an Town, which I heard used to be the old county seat, and it definitely retains that old-town charm. I found a hotel online, and its location is quite good, right by the river – you could even call it a 'river view' room. Overall, it's all about value for money. It's hard to find a decent place for just over a hundred yuan these days. I noticed the bed and cabinets are solid wood, though a bit dated, which suggests the owner invested in quality materials back in the day. The bathroom seemed newly renovated, and the shower was perfectly fine. The room was also clean. The soundproofing wasn't great, but I was only staying for one night, and considering the value, for this price, what more could you possibly ask for, haha! 😂
