"The toilet wasn't clean; I only noticed it when I woke up and used it. I was too tired to bother changing rooms. Breakfast was sparse and greasy; I just had some small dishes to eat. There was no 'grab-and-go' breakfast option. My room only had one portion, and I couldn't pack the other one. Next to me, foreign friends were speaking Chinese and there were bread slices, but no cutlery (they very confidently and loudly said no, and no instant coffee either). Of course, maybe I'm being nosy about the foreign service part. The laundry detergent in the laundry room felt a bit off-brand, LOL. Pros: New, the shower is enclosed, and the toiletries seem harder to tamper with (though there's no conditioner). Food delivery isn't very convenient; you have to go down to get it yourself. All in all, it's 4-star facilities with 2-3 star service. Do what you want, but emotional value and service are definitely not their strong suit."
