"Very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The room is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The front desk has a warm attitude and proactively provides help. The front desk also upgraded the room type. I slept very well, it was quite quiet, the service was very good, the decoration of the room was very new, and the experience was great. The hotel bed was very comfortable. I only stayed for one day, but it was still very good. If I come back next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again and I am satisfied."

"Highly recommend this hotel! The service was superb. From the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us warmly. We bought a lot of carrots and apples while taking our child to the zoo, and the front desk arranged for the kitchen to cut them up and deliver them to our room. For this price and service, I definitely won't choose any other hotel next time I'm in Suining! 👍"

"The front desk staff is warm, there are welcome fruits, and they will considerately turn on the air conditioner in the room in advance to cool down. This is not possible in many hotels now. There are fruit cuts when checking out. The overall feeling is very warm.
The room is bright and clean. Although it is not a newly renovated hotel, the sanitation is in place, and although it is a high area, the bath water is also very large and comfortable.
Hotel breakfast type is very rich, Chinese and Western food, tastes good, the ingredients are very fresh

Environment: The entire hotel environment is okay, but the pond needs to be cleaned frequently, otherwise there will definitely be a lot of mosquitoes in summer
Service: Let’s not mention the service. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no phone number that could be contacted in a prominent place at the front desk. Maybe they were new and the staff were not well trained in service!
