"The room is clean and tidy! The experience of taking care of children is super great, this is really a one-stop place for taking children out! We played in the ice and snow world, had close contact with the deer, the indoor water world, the hot springs, and the outdoor playground. The children played here for three days and two nights, and finally didn't want to leave! Mom said that we will come again next time. "The hotel environment and services are very good. When I checked out, I left my watch in the room. The front desk called me and I remembered it, but I had already taken the bus to Changsha. The front desk helped me call a courier, which was really convenient. I give a thumbs up to the hotel. Another thing I want to mention is that when I checked in, a receptionist who said he was the chief butler asked me if I needed a midnight snack, which could be delivered to the room at night. I thought there would be a charge, but I didn’t expect it to be all free. There were fruits and snacks, which was really good."
