Hope the hotel can change it policies to NO Smoking in the hotel lobby because when we are back in the room and when we on the aircon, the room smell of cigarettes still as it is cremate aircon"

After exploring Old Street, we returned to the hotel to find a handwritten welcome card from the guest relations manager, along with a whole box of Zhaoan specialty candies and pastries. It was such a thoughtful, warm, and generous gesture – truly touching! Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, we got to try Zhaoan's unique peanut soup with egg and 'sheng tang' (a local dish), both of which were delicious! I highly recommend Lingbo Hotel as the top choice when visiting Zhaoan!"
