Small laundry area with ironing board, and cleaning supplies.There are long term renters in the apartment below, so we ask that you be mindful of parking and noise levels after 10PM. Renters downstairs do have 2 dogs that are friendly, and are always leashed. Just a heads up if you cross paths.Guest accessGuests have access to the second floor of duplex and street parking in front of the duplex.Other things to noteWe've got three kids and know how stressful it is to travel with kiddos. Please let us know if you need any extras to make your stay a little easier. Pack and play is always available, but we are able to provide some extras if you give us a heads up.There is a security camera on site above the garage. This has view of the front of the home, some of the side street and parking spots. The deck will under go construction in the next few weeks to give it a revamp as the rest of the unit was just remodelled. It is safe to go out and sit on and enjoy your coffee or check out the park across the street.
