House offers 2 spacious living rooms, a Family room, a Sunroom , dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a bathroom on each level of the house. Just minutes from Gunstock Ski mountain, Lake Winnipesaukee, Bank of NH Pavilion, Weirs Beach etc.The maximum number of adults this house can sleep is 12 adults. There is a bedroom on first floor that has a king size bed. There are two bedrooms on second floor, primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, and has one king size bed, and a bunk bed with two twin size beds. Top twin of the bunk bed is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. The other bedroom on the second floor has one full size bed, and a twin size trundle under it., trundle is only meant for a child and cannot support the weight of an adult. There is another bedroom on the lower level that has one king size bed, this bedroom also has a sliding door that leads to the lower driveway. In addition there are two queen size sleeper sofas on the lower level. If you wish to use both sleeper sofas you will need to move one of the sleeper sofa to other part of the room for both of them to open for sleeping. If you moved the sleeper sofa for sleeping please be sure to put the back in the same position they were at the time of your check-in.
