Hotels in Century City area, Kunming

The hotel was very thoughtful and upgraded us to a room with a larger bed when they saw we had a child. The room was spacious and clean, with standard decor for an international chain. The Serta mattress was a nice touch. They also have 24-hour self-service laundry and a branded gym. It's a great place for kids indoors: the hotel connects directly to the huge Hailes World mall, so you don't need to go outside on rainy or super sunny days. The mall has arcades, kids' play areas, and restaurants, so you can eat, stay, and play all without leaving the complex. We had a comfortable stay, and they even gave our child a bunch of small gifts at checkout, which made them super happy!

On a business trip here, the value for money was excellent. The two-story loft bedroom offered a unique experience, perfect for groups. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but overall it was very good and I'd recommend it.

Spacious rooms, front desk is professional. Rooms on the second floor have terraces but some are larger than others; room 206 specifically has a smaller terrace and gets sun starting in the afternoon around 3pm. The hotel is within walking distance to Hello World (large mall about 20mins on foot). The immediate area surrounding the hotel has a lot of large trucks going in and out; it’s still an area undergoing development and not a main scenic or tourist area. However, it’s good value for the room if you get a car to and from destinations.

The front desk clerk of the hotel was warm and thoughtful and very caring. The environment is good, the blue flowers at the entrance of the hotel are very beautiful, and the photos are very good. Health is also clean, good stay experience ～

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district, surrounded by countless restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and even proactively upgrading our room. They responded promptly to any issues we had. The room was spotless, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom had great water pressure and consistent hot water, and even the toiletries were of high quality. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a wide variety of delicious options at a great price, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Five stars, highly recommend the Kunming Century Golden Resources Hotel! It's located in Guandu, close to Haile World, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the rooms are spacious and bright. Housekeeping is meticulous and thorough, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views, making for a great rest experience. The front desk and room service staff are attentive and warm, and check-in is efficient. Winnie at the lobby was especially thoughtful and helpful, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including both Yunnan specialties and dishes from around the world. The hotel also features a pool and gym, with excellent facilities. It's my top choice for business travel, offering outstanding value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept very soundly at night. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and processed my check-in super quickly. She even proactively offered tips for local attractions. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The decor is absolutely stunning; the rooms, lobby, and hallways are incredibly well-designed, almost like works of art. The front desk and housekeeping staff are exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic. You can really tell they prioritize both service and aesthetics while also ensuring a great guest experience – they've put a lot of heart into it. The in-room smart technology is fantastic. The breakfast and lunch on the first floor are also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming. And a quick note, nearly every staff member is remarkably good-looking, clearly a very deliberate and impressive selection of employees. It's a pleasure to behold!

The hotel room feels very new, not at all like it was renovated in 2016, and the hygiene is excellent. I could even smell the faint scent of UV sterilization on the duvet, which was very reassuring. The hotel also offered complimentary late-night snacks and afternoon tea. Although I didn't have time to enjoy them, the gesture itself is highly commendable. The location is superb. It's just a few minutes' drive to Guandu Ancient Town or the Yunnan Provincial Museum, and it's even within walking distance. The natural environment is lovely. Right outside is a cherry blossom park, and opening the window in the morning, you can hear birds chirping. Coupled with the lush greenery, it's very therapeutic. The front desk staff, Xiaobai and Xiaojin, were incredibly attentive. They even gave me bottled water and helped with my luggage when I checked out. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations.
