Kunming is a beautiful city, and the Senyue Hotel boasts a prime location, close to both the subway and bus stations, making getting around super convenient. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly and eager to help with any issues. The rooms are well-equipped, offering great value for money and an affordable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, and the front desk is on Level 2. Just like many other hotels in China, they allow early check-in, which is one of my favorite things 😊. However, if you plan to visit Nanping Street, you'll need to book a Didi, as it is not within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation, and the subway station is also nearby. Not bad.

best customer service. i complained about the bed springs which i felt are broken and are hurting my back but i do not want to change rooms as all my stuff are already unpacked. Staff got together and changed a better mattress. That was splendid service. Since their breakfast is at 7.30am and i had to checkout at 7.30am they packed bread eggs and milk for us at 7am. However it would be good if they follow standard breakfast time of 7am instead of 7am. Location is just 2min walk from exit A of Jiaosanqiao metro station which has an elevator. Lots of dining options nearby. There is a fresh fruit market and bao shop 2 min walk away and 2 bakeries across the road. Didi can stop right in front of hotel. eventhough room is facing street it is quiet and can sleep well as it is double glazed windows Cons.1. There is a washer but no dryer so it is quite pointless as your clothes are not dried for wearing. There are steps about 4 from elevator to corridor of your room. 2. Breakfast is at 7.30 and not 7.00am. Limited choice.

This stay exceeded my expectations! There was no unpleasant smell when I entered, and the entire room was spotlessly clean with a full set of toiletries. The front desk lady was very kind and processed check-in quickly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so I slept very soundly at night, and the mattress was just the right firmness. It's close to many dining and shopping options, transportation is convenient, the price is reasonable, and the service is attentive. From every service staff at the front desk to cleaning, security, to breakfast staff, everyone is very enthusiastic and makes people live here very comfortable. This time we booked a family room and a big bed room. The brother and sister couple brought their 90-year-old mother to Yunnan for a trip. The bathroom in the family room is relatively large, separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is very comfortable. Every part of the hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich, in addition to the freshly cooked glutinous rice noodles, there are various packages, miscellaneous grains, millet porridge, etc., pastries and fruits are available, and we have two foreigners who are also very happy to eat at the hotel. The hotel provides free parking spaces. We originally booked for one day, but it was very comfortable to live here and renewed for two days. The hotel lobby is a coffee book bar, very beautiful and literary. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures. The hotel went in at a street on Huancheng North Road and was quiet. Going out to Metro Line 2, 4 and 5 are a few hundred meters walk, there are many snacks around, opposite the North Station Farmers Market, there is a family restaurant on the left of the hotel, 15 yuan per capita can eat delicious. Come to Kunming to highly recommend this hotel. We left Kunming to Guizhou today. At night, we found that I couldn't find a skirt. We tried to call the hotel front desk. As a result, the hotel front desk staff sent me to see that it was my skirt. I saw that my lost clothes were packed well and wrote my name and other messages, and actively helped me and delivered it to me. Thank you so much. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, and excellent soundproofing ensured a high-quality night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the executive lounge; the elegant atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax after work. Breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options. I'll definitely make this my first choice for future visits.

The room was really great. I stayed during the May Day holiday, and it looked pretty much exactly like the pictures, very clean. Even though it had just been cleaned when I arrived, there was no strange smell, just a faint floral scent. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around, and it even had a washing machine. The front desk staff was fantastic, always very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again; it was a good experience. The only minor downside was that my particular room didn't have air conditioning, but there was a fan, so it was still fine.

Really nice place in Kunming. Super friendly and attentive staff. Great Check-in process. Only downsides are water pressure is meh and the gym is just a treadmill and a bike. But for the price and location still good value
