I'm very satisfied! The hotel was easy to find, right by the main road, making it super convenient for taxis, subways, and buses. Since I was arriving a bit late, I called the front desk beforehand. The lady I spoke to was so nice, telling me to take my time and not rush, as they are open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel, I'm very satisfied!

👍 Rooms No strange odors, clean beds, and ample heating. Separate rooms for men and women. Only 6-bed and 8-bed dorms are available, offering both heating and air conditioning, water, bath towels, cotton swabs, shower caps, laundry detergent, etc. Each person gets a bed, a luggage space, a locker for towels, a small compartment for miscellaneous items, a lockable slipper cabinet (yes, they provide free slippers!), and a hanger. Shared bathrooms, three per floor, equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryers. Separate toilets for men and women. Two per floor, with toilet paper provided. 👍 Common Areas The common areas feature: A pool table and a ping-pong table, both free to use. Pool tournaments on Wednesdays, ping-pong tournaments on Saturdays, with prizes. A dining area and a place for takeout food. Smelly food is not allowed upstairs. There's an outdoor area where smoking is permitted. A KTV system is available. Occasionally, guest singers perform. During my stay, someone played guitar and sang every night. It was wonderful! Laundry and drying machines are provided on the first floor. Hangers are available on every floor for drying clothes, free to use. 👍 Cat There's a friendly cat named Laifu at the hotel, happy to be petted by anyone. 👍 Front Desk The front desk staff are very responsible. They provide information about nearby attractions. It's very close to Cuihu Lake, and Daguan River is right outside. They remind guests not to disturb others at night. After each check-in, they also send a private message and post in a group chat, reminding guests not to eat in the rooms or leave belongings scattered around. As a result, the rooms are very clean and odor-free. Common spaces are tidied daily, keeping them very neat. 👍 Guests The guests staying here are also very well-behaved. It's incredibly quiet after 11 PM. 🤔 However 1. There are four floors, and no elevator. 2. The hot water supply can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, my experience was 5⭐️ Because the rooms are clean. There's heating; I even slept in a tank top at 7°C (45°F) in the room and wasn't cold. The rules are well enforced. It's very quiet at night, allowing for peaceful sleep. The guests are of high quality.

This winter, Chengdu was quite cold, so I took advantage of some free time to bring my mother to Kunming, the 'City of Eternal Spring'. I found Cloud Inn on Trip.com. Since it's in the old part of town, I didn't have high expectations for the hotel's comfort. However, the staff at check-in were incredibly friendly, upgraded our room for free, and enthusiastically recommended nearby attractions to visit. The room was also spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful rooftop smoking area, which is a very human-centered touch.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Mí Lè Sì (Maitreya Temple) Metro Station, Exit E. Just turn right after exiting, cross the road, and you're there. It's not too far or too close to various attractions, and it's easy to catch a taxi right outside the hotel entrance. The front desk staff were friendly and thoroughly explained the room amenities. Since it's currently off-season, I was even able to check in a little earlier than the official check-in time. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus for convenience. However, the soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear people walking in the hallway from your room. Also, there was a persistent odor coming from the bathroom drain, even with the exhaust fan on. To top it off, the sink didn't drain properly, and the water was still sitting there the next morning.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. It's close to the Yunnan Military Academy, Green Lake Park, and Kunming Old Street. There's a sightseeing bus, Line 1, that goes directly to Dianchi Lake nearby, and the subway provides direct access to the airport.

This is already my third stay here. The first time was excellent, which led to the second visit just a few months later. However, the hotel's amenities seem to be depreciating very quickly. I even brought it to their attention, which was why I booked a third time, but it was just as disappointing. The hotel's location is definitely great; it's only a 3-minute walk to the Longmu Market, and the price is also very reasonable. The front desk staff seemed to be doing their best. Here are my complaints about the hotel: 1. I've stayed here for two consecutive weekends for business trips. The sink area is stained black, and last week, the sink was leaking. 2. Both times, the rooms smelled of smoke. 3. There were no bath mats provided for either of the two weeks. 4. This is a major flaw: the bathroom isn't truly dry-wet separated. After showering, the toilet area is completely wet. I tried to stand as close to the wall as possible. The first time I stayed, they told me it was just an issue with that particular room type and that their other rooms were different. The second time, it was dry-wet separated, but for this third stay, the room layout was semi-open. 5. There's dust in many areas of the room. 6. This time, after checking in, I was suddenly informed that the city needed to perform maintenance, which would be noisy for two consecutive nights, and I was given earplugs. You definitely should have informed guests beforehand and allowed them to decide if they still wanted to stay. Such a good location is completely wasted. There won't be a next time.

👍 Introduction: This hotel is upscale and grand, clean and hygienic. For breakfast, I had rice noodles. The room has a projector to watch movies, and it's relatively quiet. It offers good value for money, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. 🌟 Suggestions: Add a floor-standing clothes rack for drying clothes and include welcome fruits like Hami melon and watermelon. 🚗 Transportation: Taxis are very convenient (though it's a bit of a walk inside and a little hard to find, next to a hot pot restaurant).

e stayed there for four nights. The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms and lobby are tastefully decorated and there is a nice common tea room and balcony on the first floor. Most importantly, our rooms were sparkling clean with a good smell, from the cleanliness itself. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is managed very well. The room price of 269RMB included breakfast, which was decent, and dinner, which we never took because we were far from the hotel. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is open for lunch. We ate there once on the first day. The food was very good and reasonably priced for the quality.

It was okay. It's right by a subway exit and close to Kunming First Affiliated Hospital, making it very convenient for getting around. You can also catch a bus to the park. The room hygiene was fine. There's a courtyard downstairs with some plants, so there were quite a few mosquitoes.

The hotel staff were quite nice. We had a room facing the main road which wasnt noisy at all. The room was also very clean and spacious for 2. As the hotel is just 20minutes away from Kunming Railway Station, it was quite convenient for us to get around to places like Kunming South Railway Station and eventually Shilin.
