Hotels in New West Bus Station, Kunming

Service : I’ve stayed at several hotels in Kunming and Dali, including Novotel, Vienna, Wanda Moment Neo, and various Holiday Inn Express locations across China. Among them, Holiday Inn Express Kunming West has the best service. The front desk and dining staff always greet guests with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, unlike some of the other hotels where the staff seemed less friendly and not as welcoming. Location : Very convenient, the metro is only 200m away, and there are plenty of eateries around the corner. Cleanliness : very good.

I casually opened Ctrip and booked a hotel. I didn’t expect the service to be so good. My pants were dirty and I came to the front desk to pick them up. They then gave me a plate of fresh fruit. As a result, my clothes were washed and brought to me. I found that they were delivered in the wrong way. They also delivered milk and a Deluxe. Seeing that we were the first We were given two free breakfasts during one stay. They also thoughtfully gave us chrysanthemum tea when we came out in the morning. We were already halfway there by taxi. The front desk called and said that they came to our room to give us aromatherapy. Although we didn't get it, we still thank you very much. Returning to Kunming after many years, I blindly chose Gong Guan and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is located in the city center, offering convenient transportation and a beautiful, yet quiet environment. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were neat and clean, and the breakfast spread was rich, with delicious rice noodles 👍. Another great plus is how pet-friendly the hotel is, which really put our minds at ease. Highly recommend! 👍

I came to Kunmming to do some altitude training in a good environment. I choose this hotel as it was near lake Dian and many famous parks. The hotel is near a serious of interchanges and on the edge of the city. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. It's a shame the hotel reception is on the 1st floor and not on the 6th floor where there is many excellent facilities such as the lounge, gym, laundry room, Coffee machine and free cake and fruits and a nice area to relax outside. The Hotels reception area doesn't do the Hotel justice. The breakfast was great and in a nice bright area. My room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable. Leaving I got more free gifts from the beautiful, friendly ladies at the reception desk. Overall a hotel like this suits an energetic person like myself. A-Tour are nearly always reliable and helpful too. That's exactly what I look for when travelling around.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Kunming. The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the younger brother and sister at the front desk are very warm, (special thanks to the two children X and W at the front desk). Not only is it a comfortable and pleasant stay, but there are also fireworks in the world. Downstairs are all local specialties. Friends who are delicious should not miss this hotel. The traffic is also good, go down to the subway station. The whole hotel is newly opened, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the supporting facilities are complete (if there is a desk in the suite, it will be more perfect). In short, this is a very satisfying encounter. If I have the opportunity to come to Kunming next time, this is my first choice.

The smart lighting and curtain system were incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep washed away a day's fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hot water was fast and consistent. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was rich and varied, with Chinese buns, congee, and stir-fries, as well as Western bread, coffee, and milk. The taste was excellent, catering to every taste. This hotel is truly excellent in every way, and I will definitely choose it again on my future business trips!

After all, Kunming's weather is changeable, and the hotel is not on a high floor, but the confidentiality is very good, which is very good.
