Self-service supper: The self-service supper was delicious, especially the small pot sour cabbage rice noodles – having a bowl at night made me feel so happy!

I casually opened Ctrip and booked a hotel. I didn’t expect the service to be so good. My pants were dirty and I came to the front desk to pick them up. They then gave me a plate of fresh fruit. As a result, my clothes were washed and brought to me. I found that they were delivered in the wrong way. They also delivered milk and a Deluxe. This hotel is located in the very bustling Sunac Cultural Tourism City, near the popular floating bridge, and offers performances like 'Dianchi Night Moon'. The surrounding area is incredibly vibrant with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel rooms are beautiful and include performances. The breakfast is diverse and abundant every day. The service is excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

This was my first time visiting Kunming, and while trying to choose a hotel, I stumbled upon Tiancheng Hotel. It's located right in the city center, with a subway station just outside, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the lobby is very grand. What I really want to praise, though, is the front desk service. My friend and I were new to Kunming and unfamiliar with the city, and the first warmth we felt came from the hotel's front desk. As soon as we walked in, we were offered warm tea. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, had excellent service attitudes – truly some of the best I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed at. Kunming is a great city, but what I want to commend most is Tiancheng Hotel. It made me feel right at home in an unfamiliar city. The warmth provided by the front desk lady, W, and the gentleman, C, is unforgettable. I hope Tiancheng continues to thrive, and the front desk team keeps up the great work! This business trip to this hotel was a truly fantastic experience! The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation, making it easy to get to work and the surrounding shopping district. Upon entering the hotel, the ambiance was clean and elegant, and the staff were friendly and courteous. From the quick check-in process to the assistance with luggage, every detail was truly delightful. The room was fully equipped and brand new. The smart lighting and curtain system were incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep washed away a day's fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hot water was fast and consistent. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was rich and varied, with Chinese buns, congee, and stir-fries, as well as Western bread, coffee, and milk. The taste was excellent, catering to every taste. This hotel is truly excellent in every way, and I will definitely choose it again on my future business trips!

Having stayed in many places and hotels, I was truly impressed with this one. The high-ceiling lobby is lavishly decorated, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the service is excellent – they patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast was also very much to my liking.
