This stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is very convenient, with free parking. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. I genuinely believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel, perfect for business travelers. The free self-service laundry facilities are a real boon for business travelers, ensuring a worry-free stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

A perfect vacation experience! I was amazed by the castle-like exterior upon check-in, and the lobby was luxurious yet welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with bedding so soft I fell asleep instantly. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered a panoramic view of Kunming. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Yunnanese 'Xiaoguo Mixian' to Western pastries. The staff provided excellent and thoughtful service, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming! And a special shoutout to Ray at the front desk, his service was exceptional; I'll be sure to book with him next time too.

A top hotel that makes you feel so special. They always go above and beyond to answer any questions or problems you may encounter. The breakfast buffet was varied and well cooked. If you have a chance to eat at the evening buffet I recommend that you do. It was outstanding. The room is well laid out. The twin beds are very comfortable and at least a full bed in size. There are places to eat and shop just across the street. The location was great for us as it was between The north and the south. We tried to find another hotel closer to my son’s house but were to spoiled by the Delta Marriott and returned for our final 8 days.

Choose this to double your efficiency when you work remotely! I booked a weekly rental room with a high cost-effectiveness. The room has an independent network cable interface, and the Internet speed is faster than at home. Video conferences never lag. The hotel has a shared sky garden and provides printing services. You can sit for a whole day with a cup of coffee. There is one free cleaning every day, and you can also collect express deliveries. There is a convenience store and a light food store downstairs, so you don’t have to cook and save time. When you are tired from work, you can go to the gym to lift weights. It’s so comfortable!

The room was spacious, and the blankets were thick, though not very comfortable in the summer; thankfully, the air conditioning was effective. The two washbasins were a plus, as were the complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. The laundry room was good, though cleanliness needs improvement; there was quite a bit of hair on the floor and carpet. The backyard parking spaces were mostly occupied by other units, so they were barely enough. The three slow chargers were a plus. Breakfast was decent, and the two barbecue restaurants across the street were delicious and reasonably priced; overall, the value for money was acceptable.
