This stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is very convenient, with free parking. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. I genuinely believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel, perfect for business travelers. The free self-service laundry facilities are a real boon for business travelers, ensuring a worry-free stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

It took me a long time to decide on this place. I was a little worried after seeing some unfavorable reviews, but I finally booked it because it was conveniently located near a subway station. The place is right across the street from Zhujiacun Station on Metro Line 4. There's a logistics center at the intersection, so there's a lot of traffic, so be careful walking. It's conveniently close to Haigeng Dam, Old Street, and more. The subway is a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get there. The lady at the restaurant was a bit unhelpful, telling me to use Baidu Navigation when I asked for directions. The male owner was very helpful in providing directions to me. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the bed and quilt don't smell. They're really good about cleaning, and they provide free mineral water. It's a great value.

A perfect vacation experience! I was amazed by the castle-like exterior upon check-in, and the lobby was luxurious yet welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with bedding so soft I fell asleep instantly. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered a panoramic view of Kunming. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Yunnanese 'Xiaoguo Mixian' to Western pastries. The staff provided excellent and thoughtful service, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming! And a special shoutout to Ray at the front desk, his service was exceptional; I'll be sure to book with him next time too.

A top hotel that makes you feel so special. They always go above and beyond to answer any questions or problems you may encounter. The breakfast buffet was varied and well cooked. If you have a chance to eat at the evening buffet I recommend that you do. It was outstanding. The room is well laid out. The twin beds are very comfortable and at least a full bed in size. There are places to eat and shop just across the street. The location was great for us as it was between The north and the south. We tried to find another hotel closer to my son’s house but were to spoiled by the Delta Marriott and returned for our final 8 days.

The free facilities at Feiduo Hotel are so thoughtful! The laundry room is clean and tidy, and the washing machines and dryers are all branded equipment. Free laundry detergent is also provided, and the clothes are soft and fragrant after washing. The gym is open all day, with treadmills, dumbbells and other equipment. After exercise, you can drink a cup of free freshly ground coffee in the rest area, which is super comfortable. The parking lot is free and safe, and the location is easy to find. It is convenient to eat and shop around, and the price-performance ratio is amazing!

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.
