Top service, staff very friendly and rooms are perfect. Cleanliness and efficiency are top class. Atour chain is top class in China. I have been staying in a variety of hotels and been sticking to Atour for the last 5 days. Perfect service. The reception is very efficient even for late check in. Staff go extra miles and help with the luggage.

A top hotel that makes you feel so special. They always go above and beyond to answer any questions or problems you may encounter. The breakfast buffet was varied and well cooked. If you have a chance to eat at the evening buffet I recommend that you do. It was outstanding. The room is well laid out. The twin beds are very comfortable and at least a full bed in size. There are places to eat and shop just across the street. The location was great for us as it was between The north and the south. We tried to find another hotel closer to my son’s house but were to spoiled by the Delta Marriott and returned for our final 8 days.

Highly recommend the all-season Yundaxi Hotel, the decoration, service and breakfast are impeccable! The decoration is a classic simple oriental style, the log color is matched with warm light, the lobby tea is fragrant, the room layout is reasonable, the wooden furniture is warm and textured, the atmosphere of the design without the main lamp is full, and the living is quiet and comfortable. The service is more intimate and thoughtful, the front desk is efficient, the staff is always smiling, responsive, even the cleaning aunt actively asks if you need to add items, the details show the temperature. The breakfast is super rich, Chinese noodles, freshly cooked noodles, hot dishes and cold dishes, and nutritious porridge. The porridge made by Wuchang rice is dense and fragrant, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the nutrition is balanced, opening a full day of vitality. Whether it is business travel or tourism, it is worth choosing!

This stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is very convenient, with free parking. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. I genuinely believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel, perfect for business travelers. The free self-service laundry facilities are a real boon for business travelers, ensuring a worry-free stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

A great hotel with a great value! The hotel lobby is beautiful! The first floor of the lobby is fully equipped with washing machines and dryers, and they're free! The treadmill is also very good! The breakfast is rich and varied! The Luckin Coffee in the lobby is a highlight; it's free and amazing! The room was even better: spacious, bright, clean, and fresh. It was a very quiet night's sleep! The front desk was very helpful, helping us carry our luggage to the room and even doing our laundry. Thank you so much! By the way, parking is super convenient, with plenty of spots!

The hotel has a specially designed wetland viewing restaurant, and a waterfront terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast with wild ducks. The Executive Lounge offers freshly ground coffee and special cocktails, and the sunset is golden in the evening. The 24-hour gym is equipped with panoramic glass, so that you can also enjoy the wetland scenery when you exercise, the service is good, and free fruit is also delivered. The bedding is clean and hygienic. It is a great stay experience.

Due to a special arrangement, my room was exchanged for another at the same price, so I will not be commenting on the cost. My review will focus solely on the hotel's facilities and services. The hotel, consisting of two high-rise towers, is exceptionally well-managed, contributing to a heightened sense of security. It truly lives up to its five-star rating. The lobby offers complimentary amenities such as fresh fruit, coffee, and tea, and a premium atmosphere is evident throughout the entire property. The guest rooms are quiet, neat, and sparkling clean. The bedroom, toilet, and shower are all separate, and the room is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Given that rooms are stocked with a variety of for-purchase items, collecting a security deposit upon check-in is perfectly reasonable. My stay included complimentary breakfast for two, which was plentiful and offered a great selection. However, I wouldn't recommend purchasing it separately for 180 RMB.

A perfect vacation experience! I was amazed by the castle-like exterior upon check-in, and the lobby was luxurious yet welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with bedding so soft I fell asleep instantly. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered a panoramic view of Kunming. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Yunnanese 'Xiaoguo Mixian' to Western pastries. The staff provided excellent and thoughtful service, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming! And a special shoutout to Ray at the front desk, his service was exceptional; I'll be sure to book with him next time too.

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.
