Hotels in Dian Chi Exhibition Center, Kunming

Regarding the rooms, I felt the bed in the second bedroom was a bit small. I had my mom and child stay in the master bedroom, while my husband and I took the smaller one, which indeed had a small bed. I highly recommend their breakfast; it's incredibly rich and delicious. The hotel's environment is quite good, very clean, and the facilities are also nice. Service: The service attitude was excellent. They helped with our luggage, and parking was convenient. Facilities: They are quite new. I want to specifically mention the pools: there's an outdoor hot spring pool, an indoor physiotherapy pool, a large swimming pool, and a small constant-temperature pool. We went during the off-season, so it wasn't too crowded, and the overall experience was very good. I also want to highlight the arcade area. Several machines there are free to play, which was a great experience, perhaps also because there weren't many people when we visited.

I have been traveling by car for two months through Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Yunnan. I have stayed in many Lavande hotels, and this is the worst one. The hotel shares a building with many hotels and companies, which makes the elevators very busy. All kinds of people can take the elevators to reach various floors. The safety of check-in is worrying. Furthermore, the interior of the hotel is very messy. There is always construction, and the corridors are piled up with construction materials. , it is not convenient to walk. Furthermore, the service staff had a bad attitude and were slack in their work. When we went out early in the morning, we pressed the button for immediate cleaning. However, when we came back at around two o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned at all. We found the floor attendant and reluctantly collected the garbage. After replenishing toiletries and drinking water, when the waiter finished cleaning and we were about to take a nap, we received a call from the front desk, telling us that they would come to our room for construction work and replace the air conditioning vent baffle, which was very annoying. Facilities: Located on the front floor of a residential complex, the facilities are average, shared by several hotels. Cleanliness: The room was clean enough, though a bit small. Overall, it was okay, and the public areas were average. Ambience: The ambiance was okay, typical of budget hotels. Service: The service was good, but the parking lot lacked signage, making it a bit difficult to find, and reservations were required. This could be improved.

The hotel is very clean, with complete facilities and equipment. The details of hygiene are very good. The price is also great value for money. The service attitude of the young man and the young lady at the front desk is very good. They are very enthusiastic and patient in answering questions. They will actively serve tea when checking in. The breakfast dishes are very rich. Yunnan rice noodles are worth recommending. The waffles are also freshly baked. You can also do laundry for free. The bed is super comfortable, especially the pillows. There is also a gym. The recommended convention and exhibition center has food, entertainment and shopping. It is within walking distance. There is also a free self-service midnight snack, which is very healthy. Recommended.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many choices. The room facilities are practical and reasonable. There are above-ground and underground parking lots. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk. We couldn't find a parking space in the hotel because the underground parking lot was so big. He even ran down to the parking lot to help us.

I stayed here for three nights and it was very nice. The Wyndham downstairs I stayed at on my first day was just average, so I switched to this one and stayed there for three nights. The front desk lady was very helpful, but I have a suggestion, though it's not something you can change now. It's too noisy. The soundproofing is really poor. I could clearly hear my neighbors talking and running the water. It was still noisy after 11pm, so I just slapped the wall a few times to stop it.

My first time to kunming, I first thought the hotel wasn't that good, it was great. Not just that with the facilities, but the service and hospitality are excellent. The room is clean, nice atmosphere , perfect location to have all in one place (next to the outlet mall) no need to go out. All stuff, lobby, kitchen, maids are very kind. Especially, Pu Jinwen a boy who helped me online shopping and shower gel, which smell so nice. And a girl Dai Xianran who helped me write in Chinese with my works! I absolutely recommend all to stay at Fillmore whenever visiting Kunming! Will be back again, You wont be disappointed!!!!!

I had a thoroughly satisfying 3-day, 2-night New Year's Eve stay. I also got to experience the lively atmosphere at Dianchi Town (Outlet). The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wangfujing Outlet at the Convention and Exhibition Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. As for the hotel itself, the overall service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible. The rooms were spacious with unique layouts, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was high quality. Lunch was a fixed set menu, one portion per person, and it was quite tasty. I do have one suggestion: since the hotel is on the third floor of a shopping center, it's genuinely hard to find for first-time visitors. Although the hotel has put up a sign near a certain underground parking entrance in the plaza (as pictured), taxis and ride-sharing apps can't pinpoint the exact location. Could there be a larger, more prominent sign? The first time, because I was dropped off about 20 meters away, I spent over 10 minutes searching up and down and all around for the elevator entrance (because navigation can't differentiate between floors). On subsequent trips back, not a single driver managed to pull up to the correct spot.
