The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and the hygiene is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. Basically, all requests within their business scope will be met immediately. It can be said that it was a very satisfactory experience.

This hotel is super easy to find, and its downtown location makes everything, from dining to shopping to transportation, incredibly convenient. The building itself is an office tower, and its main draw is the stunning high-altitude night view. I noticed several hotels in this building, but this one offers the best value for money. The biggest highlight is how spacious the rooms are – absolutely massive! The entire window next to the bay window offers a spectacular night view, which is gorgeous in the evening. Plus, they offer free parking and laundry facilities. Directly opposite is Tongde Plaza, making entertainment incredibly accessible!

The front desk provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious, featuring a frosted glass partition that beautifully separated the living and sleeping areas – a really nice touch! All the facilities and amenities were excellent, truly befitting a long-established Hilton property. Complimentary self-service coffee and tea were also available on the first floor. My only slight disappointment was the somewhat noisy air conditioning. The hotel seemed aware of this, as earplugs were thoughtfully provided on the bedside tables. We chose not to use the AC, as Kunming is known as the 'Spring City' and it wasn't particularly warm. At check-out, the front desk staff proactively inquired about our stay and seemed genuinely concerned about guest satisfaction. Their service was very attentive and well-executed.

This time I stayed at Yueduoyunwan Hotel, the experience was really great! As soon as you enter the room, the tidy and clean environment makes you feel happy. The service was impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful care during your stay, every staff member was smiling and responsive to every request. Whether it's helping to recommend local food or responding to room requests in a timely manner, they are quick and thoughtful. Living here makes you feel comfortable and at ease, just like at home. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. Next time I have travel plans, Yueduoyun Bay will definitely be my first choice!

Unexpectedly, I randomly booked this hotel and it turned out to be amazing! It's newly renovated, but there's no lingering smell of renovation. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. She even upgraded us to a deluxe standard room for free! The room was very clean, and the bedding was the white color I prefer, giving it a high-class feel, and it was super comfortable to lie on. The price was quite reasonable too, making it a hotel with excellent value for money. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

The room was quite spacious and the soundproofing was good. The hotel is very close to the subway station. My child found the pillows a bit hard to sleep on, but they were fine for adults. When we ordered takeout, the robot delivered it to the room and called us when it arrived at the door. The voice was really cute, and the robot deserves a good review. My mom even wanted to give it candy; the kids loved it.

I came to Kunming for a visit and booked a GreenTree Inn on the spur of the moment. The location is quite convenient, right at the intersection. Their parking spaces were full, so I added the front desk lady on WeChat and she pointed us to the paid parking lot next to them. I reimbursed the parking fee afterwards. The service was very enthusiastic. I arrived late and they even prepared fruit in the room. The room was very thoughtful and the facilities and equipment were sufficient. The bathroom was also separated into dry and wet areas. Free disposable items were also prepared in the lobby, which was very considerate.

This stay at the Kunming Tongde Plaza Baiyun Road Light Residence Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! As a new hotel, it didn't disappoint at all! The location is fantastic, right near Tongde Plaza. Super convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway. You can easily stroll to the shopping district in the evening – so tourist-friendly! The room was also impeccable. It was spotless, like it had just been disinfected. All the facilities were new, the bedding was incredibly soft, I slept very soundly, and the soundproofing was excellent – ​​very quiet at night. I especially want to praise the receptionists! Check-in and check-out were super fast, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even recommending good restaurants nearby. They felt like friends! It's truly remarkable that a new hotel can achieve such a high standard; it deserves five stars! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming, and I've already recommended it to my friends. Definitely worth it!

Service attitude is very good, every time I go back to the hotel staff will say hello. Breakfast was also delivered, and there were many varieties of breakfast. The location is very good, there are many delicious foods nearby, there is a Jiahua downstairs, it is convenient to buy flower cakes, and it is more convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot. There is also a tie-dyeing experience on the first floor, but there is no experience in a hurry (forgot to take a photo of the hotel, use other pictures to make up)

It was a very good experience, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a large bathtub. The various lighting designs are great! Parking space is also included. It can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into the decoration. Overall, it was a great experience. Come back and try other room types next time! There were two places that were a bit annoying. I took a shower at around 10pm and there was no hot water. I waited for a long time but there was still no hot water. Also, it was too convoluted. The elevator went around and around, and there was a very long corridor that made me dizzy. There were no signboards.
