Hampton Inn & Suites Madera ★★
"American breakfast with milk and omelets. The kids really enjoyed it."
Yosemite Southgate Hotel & Suites ★★★
"Real spacious room with stones throw distance to supermarket."
Knights Inn Madera ★★
"Room good, unfortunately the whole time of the water hang dropped. Handtucks enough. We sleeped well, windows could be opened, street just next to, did not disturb the duck."
The Pines Resort ★★★
"Location was great it was right by the lake with access to the lake from the cabins and right in the village. Front desk and restaurant employees were very friendly they sat us at the restaurant right away even though they were super busy. Cabin was clean and spacious and had a parking spot right in front which was great. Only thing that kinda ****** is stuff closed at 8 and a lot was closed on Sunday so there wasn’t much options for dinner besides the steakhouse. The pool was nice too I liked that you had access from the pool to the private beach so you could go back and forth easily."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHOWCHILLA - YOSEMITE PK AREA by IHG ★★★★
"A bit old, average breakfast, but close to Yoshimitsu. Free parking."
Holiday Inn Express MADERA-YOSEMITE PK AREA by IHG ★★★
"Breakfast is so good."
SureStay Hotel by Best Western Chowchilla Yosemite ★★
"Good hotel for short stays, but... 1. There are insects in the room. Not bed bugs or cockroaches, just insects from outsides but still. 2. Strong smell of "farm land". Not in rooms, only outside. I am ok with it, but somebody can disgust it. 3. Breakfast is poor. No protein - eggs or meat. Only waffles (hot), regular yogurt and cereal. No laundry (which is expected). 4. Noice from trucks entering highway nearby. Nevertheless, the room was clean (excluding insects mentioned above). Quite convenient location - grocery and few restaurants are very close."
Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn ★★★
"The hotel environment is very good, quiet, clean and tidy"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madera ★★
"Pro: Good location and comfortable beds. Not a lot of people in the hotel. Improvements: Found some hairs of previous guests in the bed. And there was no possibility for one hour later check out."

Studio 6 Suites Madera, CA - Yosemite
"It was the best hotel out of 3 I booked in my 7 days trip, warm welcoming, super clean and fresh room!! On the top we had 2 personal request at a time of stay, they didnt ask any question and fulfilled that. I definitely recommend this stay to everyone. And yes, this was the cheapest option I found!"
Fairfield Inn & Suites Oakhurst Yosemite
"If you don't expect much except a place sort of near Yosemite then you'll be fine. It's mostly clean, breakfast is mediocre at best and some of the staff is quite friendly. Still extremely expensive but all hotels around here are. Good restaurants nearby."
Sierra Meadows
"Beautiful village; I had a very good experience here. It takes 1.30 hours to reach Yosemite. The staff is very helpful."
Hampton Inn Oakhurst-Yosemite
"Pretty good, clean and tidy."
Yosemite Sierra Inn
"This is a hotel in a town very close to Yosemite. The price is relatively cheap, 888 RMB. The room is OK. Although it is cold outside, the room is relatively warm. The breakfast is relatively simple."
Château du Sureau
"One of the best lodging experiences I have ever had. The grounds and rooms are gorgeous, the staff are in tune, welcoming, kind, accommodating. If you’ve found this place, and deserve to treat yourself - look no further. The 5 course tasting at Elderberry worth it for an evening."
Days Inn by Wyndham Chowchilla Gateway to Yosemite
WorldMark Bass Lake
"Not much on-site activity but didn't need much considering the National Parks nearby. Hot tub was a blessing after hiking all day."
Queen's Inn by the River
"Clean and bright, with comfortable chairs and tables at the back, it's an unforgettable place to sit in the evening and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the woods and the afterglow of the sunset."
Narrow Gauge Inn
"I had no choice but to choose this place to go to Yosemite Valley~~ I don't want to stay there twice"
Mountain Trail Lodge and Vacation Rentals
"It was very cold at night. The owner is very welcoming, but the quality of the rooms varies. The price difference is also huge. Whether you can get a good room depends on how early you go. I arrived late and was unlucky, but my friend's room accommodated two."

Outdoorsy Yosemite
"We stayed here for two nights in a 24ft RV. There were just two of us, from Europe on an RV tour. The campsite was very quiet and relaxed. The facilities were clean - the pool wa snice and the staff very friendly. Was surprised it was not very busy - but I think the high cost might put people off. ($77 USD per night). It was the highest of our whole trip. The site was not level - and walking around the campsite, it seems many are not level (apart from the member-only sites).... however, we asked for some wood to level our RV and they were only too happy to oblige. The cafe was closed and there didn't seem to be a groceries shop or anything. However - that's because just a 5 min walk from the campsite is a large resort for Bass Lake which has everything. They also offer a 209% discount on rental of boats etc.... Would recommend this - higher cost, but lovely location. Checkin was quick, friendly and easy. Wifi was good - we were on site 152 near the main office."
