Their room key had problem when one go out after check-in, making it not working deliberately for security, that’s they said, even I went to eat something in their restaurant, after that room key was not working I couldn’t enter my room and ask validation again at front desk. I never experienced such manner over the world. I don’t like revisiting later

After reading some of the reviews, which sometimes feel a bit biased, I'm here to give an objective, no-nonsense, and unbiased take: 1. **Airport Shuttle:** Once you exit the T4 arrivals gate, turn left. You'll see a sign for 'hotel bus,' and they pick up one by one from there. It usually arrives within half an hour. It picks up guests, then goes to other terminals before heading straight to the hotel. 2. **Front Desk:** The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with check-in and giving information. 3. **Room:** The room wasn't small. Some reviews mentioned it being old, but honestly, for a developed country, it's quite normal and much better than many hotels in Germany. The cleanliness is also perfectly acceptable for Europe. My only suggestion is to add more than just one small complimentary bottle of water! 4. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good. Personally, I think adding a salad bar would make it even better, especially since Spain has such abundant produce. 5. **Vending/Coffee Machines:** I saw vending machines and coffee machines in the hallway. I didn't notice if they were free or not, but in many airport hotels in other countries, coffee is usually complimentary. 6. **Departure Shuttle:** The shuttle drops off starting at T1 and finishes at T4.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Gran Vía and Plaza de España in the center of Madrid. The transportation is convenient. The bus station and tourist bus distribution center are relatively concentrated near the subway station. , No extra bed, you can live with children, parking lot is paid to park on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance.

The location is very good in the city center. It is very convenient. The room is also very large. The price/performance ratio is very high
