Vincci Hotels in Madrid

Great location at gran via. Supermarket is just 1 minute opposite hotel. A lot of shops and restaurants around. El corte engles shopping mall 2 minute away. Taxi always stops in front of hotel, and next to a metro station. Room is austria view is nice. Shower water temperature is good. Bed is comfortable. Rooftop bar is nice.

Nice 👍 place but the lifts need better maintenance. Also the noise the cleaning staff made on Monday and Tuesday it was unbelievable from 8am. On both Monday and Tuesday the maintenance staff were working again as early as 8:30am or so. Drilling and hammering and slamming doors, moving furniture 🪑. Also considering the location is busy and all the other customers have little or no consideration regarding the others staying next to their rooms. The walls are very thin and all noise goes through the walls. Disappointing. The entrance to the parking is narrow so be aware if you have an suv like me.

The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day. There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel. Other facilities in the room are good, although cotton pads would be nice to have. The hotel is very conveniently located and quiet at night.

We stayed at Vincci Mint Madrid from January 10 to 13. Overall, the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and tidy. Initially, I was close to giving an excellent review. However, after staying at another Vincci property in Málaga, the difference in hospitality was noticeable. In Málaga, the service was top-notch — from the receptionist to the attendants, everyone delivered outstanding service. By comparison, the service at Vincci Mint felt more average. The location of Vincci Mint Madrid is excellent and very convenient. On the downside, the rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear quite a lot of noise. The terrace was also closed during our stay, possibly due to the weather. In summary, a good hotel with a great location and cleanliness, but service and soundproofing could be improved to match the standards of other Vincci hotels.

Worth the price. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and well-designed interior that made the stay very pleasant. I arrived on Christmas Eve, and despite the busy holiday period, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The following day, I even received complimentary Christmas cookies, which was a thoughtful and lovely gesture. The location is also very strategic and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return again.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!
