The hotel itself is nicely designed and aesthetically pleasing. The hot spring bath in the room is very comfortable, and the heating is on full blast, so it's not cold. The hotel staff are very attentive. It's great that you can bring your dog, and there's a viewing platform where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The only thing I think needs improvement is that the showerhead in the bathroom needs replacing, and the hot water is a bit weak, making it difficult for women to wash long hair.
