Question feedback: The security guards and front desk staff on the first floor lack service awareness. Like a police officer, the child plays the piano in the hall. The security guards are fierce and blunt to tell the child not to play, and the child is scared to cry. It is still during the Spring Festival. If the hotel is too noisy, don't put the piano out or post a reminder. When can't play, or let us play the sound down. It is equivalent to other guests in the hall talking, and you will directly let others not talk."
