"Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful."

A Peaceful Stay with Stunning Views We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!

GGuest Userit was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor.
Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room.
value for money.
they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price.
management is professional
spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

Excellent location, (only long to reach by car, but by foot, one is walking distance from the lovely riverside, shops, restaurants, temples and more. The staff is extra kind and helpful with anything one might require while traveling India. Nice comfy rooms, cozy rooftop.

GGuest UserOur recent family stay at the hotel was just okay. The room was average—nothing special, but clean and decent. However, the staff was hardly available when we needed assistance, which was disappointing.
Overall, it was a mediocre experience, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5. Could be better with improved service.

GGuest UserExcellent stay on the outskirts of Rishikesh. The resort has a wonderful mountain view with huel river at the front. Staff and service is beyond par.
They even brought us a complimentary cake for our child's birthday. Overall a must visit. Best to book on weekdays when the crowd is less and the ambience is calm. Totally recommend for family and couples
