Stunning Views and Great Location Near Umeda I had a wonderful stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka. The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, offering beautiful and relaxing views of the area. The surrounding neighborhood is full of stylish shops, cozy cafes, and great restaurants, making it a delightful place to take a walk. It is also very close and easily accessible to the main Umeda area, which made shopping and sightseeing super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish stay with great views near central Osaka!

The staff were all very polite. However, the cleanliness was only average, with some areas in the bathroom, particularly the corners, not being properly cleaned. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit limited, though it was acceptable for a one-night business trip. The location was a bit inconvenient for transportation. Additionally, the convenience store on the ground floor closed after 10 PM, requiring a 10-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven.

The hotel's location in Nakanoshima is quiet and peaceful, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. The only downsides are that while there's a convenience store downstairs, local restaurants are scarce, so you'll mainly rely on hotel dining or traveling to Umeda for meals.

Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many delicious choices. We were able to stay an extra two hours just to rest up, which made our day so much easier. They also stored our luggage after checkout. Super accommodating and friendly staff highly recommend

The hotel service was excellent. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. There's a hot spring on the 13th floor, free popsicles, and comics. Laundry is free, and drying costs 100 yen for 20 minutes. The breakfast selection was rich, with tempura and delicious soups. Plus, there's free ramen after 9:30 PM.
