A beautiful and a short trip to quaint Nelson. Well positioned place on the historic Baker Street. An assortment to all the shops and restaurants. Enjoyable and memorable trip. Thank you. :)

Excellent motel. It was very clean and they had a room to store our bikes. It was only a short walk to downtown

Spacious room. No elevator. If you need a quiet room, specifically request for it since there is a bar at the first floor of the hotel. Rooms are at level 2. Saw another building carrying the same name across the street. Perhaps, they will give you a room in that building if you request for it.

Nice hotel, clean and good size rooms. A bit out of the way in comparison to town. We were traveling with a large group and some hotel staff were accusing us of poor behavior even though we specifically told them we weren't part of the group they thought we were. Didn't matter though, the hotel staff in the hallways treated our children poorly, threatening them and were yelling at them for walking down the hallway to another room, even though the gentleman at the front desk didn't even know the kids were walking past when they did, we asked him. We made sure kids were in their rooms before 11 and we were on the 1st floor. Amenities were nice and Ricky's restaurant next door was convenient. However because of the poor treatment, we will not be back.

The room is clean and quiet

For the price of this hotel I was very satisfied. Service wasn’t all it could be, probably because there was only one person on the front desk. SHe was overworked. That being said she was efficient. I needed some room service finally gave up on it as she was too busy. Other than that, it was equal to places twice the price. Dairy Queen is close by as well.

During the peak tourist season, it is very satisfying to find a room in a mountain town. This is a family hotel. When it arrived, it was around 1:30 in the afternoon. No one opened the door, no one answered the doorbell, and the phone left at the door was not answered. It was a bit anxious. I waited for more than half an hour under the big sun. I saw someone entering the house and knew that it was the male owner. It was a bit unexpected to complete the check-in. The last cabin at the end of the corridor was the last cabin. The air conditioner was not working and the sound was loud, but there was 14 degrees Celsius in the mountains at night, so the air conditioner was useless and there was nothing to complain about.
