GGuest UserThe hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the lobby. Fortunately, we met the driver, Master Yu, several times. The master was very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding area, and even spotted wild deer in the distance with his sharp eyes! So happy. When we started chatting, the master also performed a ventriloquist performance for us. The calls of magpies and various birds came randomly, which was particularly powerful.
