1. The front desk who came over after 8 o'clock on the first night to register for a room clearly booked a room with breakfast. The front desk said that I booked without breakfast. This may be because the front desk staff was busy and didn't pay attention. Later, they gave me a breakfast coupon. 2. The air-conditioning room came in for two days. After more than an hour, the air conditioner temperature was set to the lowest setting, but the room was still 31 degrees. When I applied to change rooms, an aunt came (this aunt will appear later) and said that I didn’t press the strong button on the air conditioner remote control. The room was 7078. When I opened the door, I smelled of public toilets. The floor and table were wet. The air conditioner could not be dissipated. After changing rooms, it was 3008, the air conditioner remote control could not be seen, the toilet was bad, the drain of the sink had a big smell, the room was stinky all night, the window sill was dirty, and the curtains were all dust and bug corpses.
