In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! This is consistent with the industry, and the front desk staff who understand the guests deserve praise! I hope the hotel will get better and better!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the town, a relatively remote stop on the way to and from the Sandu'ao Scenic Area. However, it's affordable and offers great value. The rooms are large, well-equipped, and new, with comfortable beds, a quiet atmosphere at night, and friendly, attentive staff. The breakfast selection is plentiful. There are no restaurants nearby, but the small noodle shop across the street is quite good. The owner is honest and hardworking, and the noodles are made bowl by bowl. You can specify your preferred type of noodles, and the price is absolutely reasonable. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

The room facilities are very well maintained, there is no aging problem, the details are super hygienic, the hair dryer is windy, and it is very convenient to go out and sort out the shape. 24-hour self-service laundry room washing and drying, the water heater hot water is super fast, and the bath is super comfortable. The WiFi signal in the whole house is full, the office brush is not stuck at all, the number of charging sockets is sufficient, the location is reasonable, and there are many electronic products that are not afraid of no electricity. Business travel needs are fully met, the service is efficient and intimate, highly recommended!

There was no need to climb the stairs with an elevator. The room style was very like, and the hygiene was very clean and comfortable. As a tourist, I spent a very comfortable night at Fu'an Platinum Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the environment and service. The room is not only spacious and bright, but also spotlessly clean, making people feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as they enter the door. The quality of the bedding was also very good, allowing me to have a good night's sleep and fully restore my physical strength.
The hotel's service is impeccable. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. They always greeted every guest with a smile and tried their best to meet our needs. When I checked out, I found two cups of coffee in the room. Such small details surprised and warmed me, and also reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests.
It is especially worth mentioning that I accidentally left my luggage behind when I checked out. After contacting the hotel front desk, the staff immediately helped me find my luggage and quickly arranged for express delivery. I was deeply touched by this efficient and thoughtful service, and it also made me like Fu'an Platinum Crystal Hotel even more.
In addition, I would like to recommend a takeaway coffee shop - Pour Coffee into the Warehouse. As a tourist, I ordered the coffee from this shop locally. The taste is very mellow and sweet, and it is worth a try.

LLixing自転車旅行で使用しました。エレベーターがないので自転車を部屋に持ち込まなかったが、入り口近くに置いてもらった。スタッフは英語は出来ないが、すごく優しく困ったらすぐに助けてもらった。バスターミナルの近くで移動に便利。部屋の設備は所々壊れているが、清掃がきちんとしてた。
