This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and the surrounding dining and shopping are all available. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the room type was upgraded for free for quick check-in. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the details can be seen. The sound insulation effect is very good, and there is no interruption to sleep overnight. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also very good. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or tourism vacation is very recommended! Will choose here next time, five-star praise! Work number 2119 staff service is also warm.

GGuest UserLocated in the center of town. Convenient and walking distance to the food street. The staff are all very nice and friendly. As smoking is allowed, smoke from other rooms are able to get into the room all the time, probably via the ventilation system. Something to consider for non-smokers who are sensitive. One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible.

GGuest UserA must-visit for my hometown! A very satisfying stay! Easy to find location, convenient parking. Professional and prompt front desk service, clean and tidy room with a great view, excellent soundproofing – I slept very well. The breakfast, though simple, was quite delicious. Great value for money, a very good overall experience. I must say the owner has a good eye for business, opening a hotel in this town. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come home.

GGuest UserCome to Guiping to climb Xishan, choose Berman Hotel, the experience exceeded expectations! Traveling is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was particularly stable. The intelligent voice control lights and curtains in the whole house are very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local rice noodles, hot dishes, fruits, and freshly cooked and eaten at ease. The front desk service is warm, check-in is fast, there is free parking, self-service laundry room. The overall price is very high, the environment is quiet and comfortable, it is very suitable to travel to Guiping to live here, highly recommended!

When I was having breakfast, I hadn’t finished yet, but the waiter kicked me out. He said, “We are closing, eat faster…” I’ve stayed in so many hotels, but this was the first time I was kicked out. Breakfast was very good and a coffee maker is available 24 hours in the lobby along with an herbal tea with light snacks. Some rooms have pretty views of mountain. Rooms are small, beds are comfortable but also a little small for two persons. Otherwise quite and clean.

GGuest UserThe family stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival and was quite satisfied. The environment is beautiful, and the son describes it as ”like a park here.” The excellent location to go to Xishan is next to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to walk to the mountain in the morning and evening, burn incense and pray for blessings. It is free to enter the scenic spot during off-duty hours. Restaurant and front desk service are very good, breakfast has fried Luoxiu rice noodles, flower rolls, hair cakes, fried rice, sweet potatoes, taro, soy milk, porridge, delicious side dishes, furniture is solid wood without smell. I don’t know why the evaluation m is so low, I was almost misled and dare not come.
