Let me talk about the good place first, the room facilities are very good, the supplies are complete, the quality is good, and the health is good. The hotel is large overall, the greening is very good, and it feels very good.
Besides, where is the gap? First of all, there is no landline in the hotel room to contact the front desk. You can call a landline and a mobile phone number on Trip.com with your mobile phone, and you can't get through. Besides breakfast, it ended at 10 o'clock. We went at 9:32. There were rice noodles and a few corn. The others were empty. I asked the restaurant staff and said: We ended at 10 o'clock, so there was nothing, really speechless. The last point. The hotel barely smiled (except for a cleaning sister who gave us the room to put toiletries), and the other whole process was pulled.
In fact, writing this evaluation is not to deliberately complain or target a certain staff. The hotel hardware and environment conditions are very good, it is a pity, but the service has not kept up, lowering the overall stay experience, I sincerely hope that the store can pay attention to and improve.
