The west wing window was drafty. The door had a retro key lock, but you had to push it to lock it, making it inconvenient to carry things. The room was very cold; the air conditioner was very noisy, and without it, an electric heater couldn't keep up. The air conditioners in other rooms also made a buzzing noise when the outdoor units were on. The pillows were bad; one was too low and deflated quickly, while two were too high. It was very convenient to be able to go back to rest anytime, which was fantastic. The service was excellent, from check-in to being taken to the inn, to the room, and to breakfast—the service was impeccable. We planned to stroll around a bit after the park closed, but the lights were turned off quickly, and the darkness, especially with the retro architecture, was a little eerie. So, we decided to just rest in the room after the park closed. We'll definitely stay here again for another night before going to the movie town.

The environment is very good, the room is clean, the noise is small, the facilities are comprehensive, and you can stay at ease.

I always stay here when I pass through Zhengzhou, mainly because I'm traveling with my child. Staying here is great for the kids as they can play in the water and have access to the indoor playground, which helps relieve travel fatigue. The rooms are large and spacious, but having to pay extra for a child's ticket is a little inconvenient.

Our one-night stay at the Zhipu Hotel was perfect! Miss Min's service at reception was very professional: she was very welcoming, making our arrival a pleasant experience. What's more, the free shuttle service is a real plus, practical and efficient for getting around easily. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

An amazing experience! I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and though I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, my actual stay was fantastic. The New Year's Eve premium wasn't much higher than nearby guesthouses. Facilities: I expected them to be old, but they were actually quite new. The decor had a great aesthetic, a style I personally really liked. The room had a bathtub and a mini-bar with a good selection of snacks. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. I didn't get to try the late-night congee because it was all finished by the time I got back from the New Year's Eve activities. There wasn't great coordination with the park on that front. The electric curtain got stuck and ripped when I tried to close it, which gave me quite a fright – I almost thought I'd be dealing with a compensation dispute on the first day of the new year. When I mentioned it at check-out, the front desk immediately said it was fine and they'd fix it. That earned them major brownie points. Hygiene: No issues, very clean. Environment: Its main advantage is convenience; it's very close to the park, which was much needed given the cold weather and New Year's Eve. Service: Excellent! The front desk lady even gave me some cookies.

Booked this home with friends, the overall experience is perfect. The room was spotless and the bathroom was dry and without water. The staff was warm and generous, and the service was intimate and not perfunctory. The beds are soft and comfortable, soundproofed, and there is no need to worry about rest and being disturbed. The location is easy to find, it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping, the price is reasonable, it is difficult to find better at the same price, and it is strong Amway.
