Cheras Hotels with Parking

The hotel is very clean and well-equipped with facilities such as a water heater, hair dryer, kitchen, parking space and so on. The only drawback is the parking space. Both the entrance and exit are slopes, but everything is of good quality and low price.

I searched for the key for a long time. I called the reserved phone number but no one answered. I called Ctrip's customer service and they also gave me this number. Finally, I found it online from a local friend. The deposit needs to be paid by bank card. There is no bank or place to transfer money nearby.

The air conditioning and TV are not given. The controller sheets are also a bit dirty. The hair dryer has to be connected to the waiter. The service attitude can be quite good.

Clean and easy to locate. Property's service is tiptop, even coway was provided. 1 master bedroom with toilet, 1 room with queen bed and another with single bed and study desk. 1 more toilet in the hallway. All clean, no doubt to lay your head on the pillow. Natural lighting and the view are nice. Overall, I love it!

Hotel facilities is ok and save money ..just WiFi connection poor little bit..

Our introduction to this place was awful. The host refused to talk to us on Trip.com site and insisted we use WhatsApp even after we said we do not use WhatsApp. Eventually at midnight on the day of our check in they sent us the check in codes after I reminded them that we had already paid for the accommodation for 31 days. It is totally unacceptable for a host to say that they only use WhatsApp to communicate and refuse to use Trip.com even though we booked on Trip.com. Then although the place was generally clean outside the inside was awful. We spent a whole day cleaning the place because it was so dirty. We couldn't use the high shelves because of all the sticky dirty. The previous people's rubbish was still in one of the cupboards causing the place to stink. They also never cleaned once in 31 days and only left two small bottles of soap and one and a half rolls of toilet paper. The towels were so worn we couldn't even dry ourselves properly. No microwave. The place was also in poor condition with peeling flooring and dirty walls. Facilities were okay with a nice pool and sauna and steam room. However, two out of three walkers in the gym were not working and two out of two bikes also not working. Good on site resturaunt. Good on site parking.

It is more like a home-style hotel. When entering the hotel, you need to call the front desk. The front desk will open the door for you. However, the front desk is a foreign worker and there is no one, so he stays in the room. It is a bit troublesome, but it feels very suitable for workers who live here for a long time. The sound insulation is relatively poor in the corridor. It's all echoey and I don't dare to speak loudly. The room is relatively small but it's worth the price.

Facilities: Standard apartment. Cleanliness: The bathroom had a foul odor. You couldn't even open the door without feeling dizzy. Environment: The surrounding area was quite convenient, and the high floor offered a good view. Service: If you're not in a hurry to get into your room, you can wait an hour in the lobby to get the key after communicating with them.
