I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around.
One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay.

GGuest UserHad a chance to stay here. Although parking is on the other side of the building. There is a free shuttle service from hotel lobby to parking lobby. Hotel room is japanese inspired and there is a direct access to city of dreams and we went to dreamplay and kids enjoyed their time

GGuest UserThis is exactly the place you want to be after visiting Manila. For those who go straight from their London home to the airport and stop here by taxi upon arrival, they may not appreciate this place.
Now imagine that Manila is the most densely populated metropolis with 24 million residents. Most of them huddle in their Khrushchev-era buildings. Then the contrast of this elite complex will be immediately clear.
Now for the wishes:
1. Since I have rented out apartments in the past, I understand that for a comfortable check-in, step-by-step instructions are needed. A video from the moment of approach/entrance to the entrance to the room. A point on the map with coordinates for the driver to stop.
2. Perhaps a more flexible pricing policy is needed. I have Platinum status on trip.com, so I received a discount on booking. The price of accommodation here was slightly higher than at the Savoy Hotel near the airport, where I stayed after arriving.
Would I come back here again? Of course, yes. Here you feel like the center of attention. Since there are almost no residents in the house. There are dozens of security guards around. There is a VIP complex with a casino nearby. A store with everything you need is at the entrance.
If something is unclear, the owner of the apartment responds promptly on WhatsApp.
Such necessary little things as bottles of water upon check-in will definitely please, and the ability to refresh things in the washing machine is just a bomb.
2 air conditioners, a 55-inch smart TV, a large refrigerator and an excellent shower head in addition to a gorgeous view from the balcony.
I would stay here for a long time, but I have already bought a ticket to Boracay

MMaCE 11Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️
Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️
I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️
My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated).
During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.
