GGuest UserLoved this hotel! It was the cherry on top of our 3-week vacation in the Philippines! We stayed for one night as a group of three. I booked a triple suite with breakfast for 6200 rubles the day before. It was about a 7-minute drive from the airport, 3 of which the taxi driver spent paying the 39 peso barrier fee for being on airport grounds. When we pulled up, it was absolutely gorgeous! We checked in immediately at 11 AM. We got the suite we requested on the 11th floor, right by the elevator. We walked in and were blown away! The room was super new, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful, with a large bed and a small sofa. We had unlimited drinking water, 3 sodas in the fridge, dishes, a kitchen, coffee/tea, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton pads, and shampoos – all provided free of charge! They even gave us extra sheets and a blanket for the child, also free! The breakfasts were fantastic, even offering pasta with shrimp. There's a beautiful pool on the 3rd floor, and right next door is a huge shopping mall with Nike and Uniqlo, plus a massive grocery store on the -1 floor (where a bottle of rum costs 80 pesos). It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to Intramuros, costing 400 pesos via Grab. They took a 1000 peso deposit, which was returned when we checked out in the morning! The taxi ride to the airport was also 7-10 minutes. The staff were very friendly! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! The best!!!

The hotel offered a nurse to check on my son's condition and the Manager also accepted our request for breakfast inside the room because my son was weak to go out. We still enjoyed our stay. Quick check out is a plus.

IIvee09Yearly i book Sequoia as me and my partner prefers to stay here overnights especially if we have things to do in manila ofc. It's very convenient near Parqal, ayala malls and MOA. Safe,clean place to stay. One thing i love about most is the hospitality and smiling faces of the staff it makes a huge difference.

DDee _RoseThe front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .

GGuest UserGreat for its price and location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in/out for my two-night stay very easy. The room was clean and had a comfy bed , though a bit noisy (coz you can hear the people from outside of door). The main plus was the central location where you can go to MOA/baclaran Good value for a short stays.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. GGuest UserI arrived by taxi, and the doorman, front desk staff, and security were all incredibly kind. Since I had a lot of luggage, the doorman even helped me with it. It's about a 10-minute walk to Mall of Asia. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was on the 16th floor with a Pool View. The balcony was quite large, about 2-3 tatami mats in size. However, I do have one piece of advice: when choosing a room, you might want to avoid the Pool View. Many hotels near Mall of Asia have buildings surrounding their pools, meaning there are balconies facing the pool directly in front, to the left, and to the right. This was my first time with a Pool View, as I only stayed one night this time. It's a good choice if you plan on eating out a lot. You'll even be greeted by friendly stray cats (who seem well-fed!). My apologies to dog lovers!
