The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Wwanderer0112The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good. Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips. The only downside is that you need to cross the whole casino full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

GGinbuHowwanThis hotel is more suited for Chinese guests. From the moment you enter the building to the room itself, from the walls to the products, everything is Chinese. Even the toothbrushes provided have Chinese characters printed on them, and all the air conditioners and TVs are domestic brands. Even the elevator lobby has two large Chinese characters, making you truly feel like you're in a building in China. The environment is decent; it looks quite spacious and bright, but many areas are a bit old and some spots aren't perfectly clean. There were mosquitoes and a couple of small flies in the room. It's very convenient to take a taxi to T1, making it suitable for layovers. The hotel lobby also offers free coffee, juice, and water.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this property for one night, as we were passing through Manila on our way to our final destination, Dumaguete City. We had a good stay; the property has a pool, gym, and basketball court. It's also close to SM Mall of Asia. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was fine and filled us up. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a few nights.

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas. Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue Overall stay was 4/5

GGuest UserThe location was excellent—close to the venue of the event we attended, and conveniently near both the airport and the MRT. While you can hear trains and airplanes from the window, which might be challenging for light sleepers, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was decent, though it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. Service was good, even though we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. There are no extra amenities, but it delivers a straightforward hotel stay. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I would recommend it if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. PPaul.PCozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
