KKoongpanidThe location is a bit deep inside. There is a fair amount of parking space, but there should be parking for the elderly or disabled to walk a bit closer.
The hotel's elevator opens and closes too fast. Almost pinched my family twice. The same goes for the automatic door in front of the hotel. It opens and closes too fast. Almost pinched an elderly person with slow movement.
The bathroom is very narrow. The room is okay.
The breakfast is reasonable for the price.

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel with spotless room which included a balcony for laundry. There is luggage storage if you arrive early, and we checked into our room at 11 — welcome after an all night flight! The night market is just a couple of blocks away and the area is good for walking. The front desk staff don’t all speak English but the translation apps got us through what we needed. Very happy with the hotel and would stay there again. Having AC and a fridge was a treat!

AAnonymous UserThe light in the bathroom was too dark and the toilet was stained badly but it’s cleaned. The room itself was just ok for a night but the location is perfect! Right in front of the hotel, there’s a lake and you can have a walk around. The view is quite nice.

RrussianadventurerNice hotel, very cozy, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water, amenities, balcony, mat is also good, big bed, clean towels and shits.
Wish to check in early, but it costs 300 batt, that is a pity. I took night train and didn’t sleep at all, so I think there some tourists always come at 7am and is dreaming about shower and bed, but it looks like the room was occupied and the time is needed to clean and prepare the room for new guest.
Staff is friendly, English is not fluent but could communicate easily or just Google translate

NNatpiyachanThe room is clean and spacious. The room has a lot of space, with a sofa, dryer, and medium-sized refrigerator. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets are a very nice touch. (So good that I asked to buy it but the hotel didn't sell it) Excellent service staff, delicious food, dishes and desserts that change the menu every day. Near 7-Eleven, there is a fitness center and bicycles to borrow to ride. Overall very good.

Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon.
Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.

GGuest UserThis hotel is inexpensive so this rating is based on expectations and reality. It is conveniently located near the bus station and a good sized shopping center across the main street. The main attractions and airport are about 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. The room has all the necessities like A/C, refrigerator, bathroom, and natural light. There are washing machines and a clothes dryer here, but I would recommend going to the shopping center to the self laundromat with modern machines, coin machine, detergent for 5 baht, and many places to sit and eventually fold your clothes. Worth the cost. Full disclosure: I came in by bus, will go east for a few days by bus/van, will come back by bus/van before leaving by airplane.

PPoommin NamvongsLike the shady atmosphere, very good. The room is not luxurious, anything is suitable for the price. During the sleep, other rooms open - close the door, very noisy. Upstairs drag another chair The refrigerator is very slow. The air conditioner is not cold, Wi-fi is good, not stuck.
