GGuest UserA beautiful hotel with spotless room which included a balcony for laundry. There is luggage storage if you arrive early, and we checked into our room at 11 — welcome after an all night flight! The night market is just a couple of blocks away and the area is good for walking. The front desk staff don’t all speak English but the translation apps got us through what we needed. Very happy with the hotel and would stay there again. Having AC and a fridge was a treat!

GGuest UserIt's a beautiful hotel next to a lake and close to the main street with shops and restaurants, but there is no laundry and no dining possibilities at the hotel, even though they list it on their page. It was kindof a disapppointment.

NNATTAPON SRISUTHUMThe accommodation is very beautiful, exactly as advertised. The staff is very good. There is food that can be ordered until 7 pm. In the morning, there is coffee and light bread. The accommodation also has a hair dryer. Parking is convenient. The only downside is that the shower water is a bit weak.

Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.

FFREDPUIStayed one night and our room was upgraded to a much larger room. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and i believe renovation has been taken place not long ago. The hotel restaurant also has good food and breakfast options are good enough. Good size room and bathroom and sheets are very clean. Water and coffees are free in the room and comes with a good working fridge. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking spaces at the back of the property. Nicely maintained property and location is convenient. close to cafes and restaurants.

NNett RuizWe recently enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay at a budget hotel in Ubon Ratchatani and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel's location was fantastic – just a short walk from Ubon Square and Big C Supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and grabbing essentials.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and local tips. While not luxurious, the hotel offered excellent value for the price.

PPranitiThe only problem is the elevator. I stayed on the 5th floor. Walking and lifting things up until my arms hurt. As for the room, it was clean. The food was good. The staff provided good service. It was quiet.
