GGuest UserWe LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville strip, always clean and friendly front desk.
Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

GGuest UserAn amazing stay at Home2Suites in Panama City FL! We booked a queen bedroom suite. Upon walking into the front doors to check in, a fresh ocean aroma greets you. The scent reminded me of the Polynesian resort at WDW. Everything was clean and brand new! The beds slept amazingly well and the kitchenette was so nice to have during our three day stay.
Breakfast is complimentary—waffles with all the toppings you could want, sausage, omelets, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee served all day, which was a win! Overall, a ten out of ten. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to PCity.

GGuest UserThe hotel and staff were top tier. The lobby and courtyard area were beautiful, with a lovely view of the beach. The courtyard has games like jumbo Jenga and checkers, and a bag toss game.The pool bar was a 10/10, food as well. Speaking of food, the complementary breakfast including cook to order omelets was AMAZING! They also give guests 2 complementary drinks during happy hour each day of your stay. The location is right next to Pier Park (5min walk), which you can spend the day at with food, shoppes, kid friendly fun and rides.

GGuest UserLaundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

Check in was nice experience - Marcus has not just a killer haircut but great customer service skills- even though check in was at 6pm ( unusual late ) we got our room around 3pm. There is no breakfast and no everyday room service but the location and room itself made up for it
They have many bad reviews which was little scary but I think they are from before the renovation - our room was gulf side - 4414 and was freshly renovated
The beach is awesome - long, wide and clean - dog friendly ( the hotel is also dog friendly )
Nice bar with some food and drinks downstairs - during our stay the beer was $2 ! Food was limited but good, fresh and inexpensive
Overall great experience and affordable- we stayed few days over the new year 2022

GGuest UserThe room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.

MMor. MThe location is very convenient, it is not far from the beach or restaurants. Our room looked clean, except for the bathroom tub, it had some stains, and there was a weird odor in the room, the best way to describe it is like an attic smell, but once the ac was turned on it got better. Breakfast was simple, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and oa**eal packages. Not bad at all for the price paid for 2 nights, Staff was nice as well.
