"Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms."

"The location of the hotel is wonderful, easy to find and located at the beach front. However, the hotel is pretty old and the facilities are aged without proper maintenance, unfortunately. The air con was the old style and was extremely loud. Service is kinda below my expectation thought - overcharged the resort fee and put it on my credit card again even I made the cash payment upon check in."

"It’s a great brand new hotel. Clean and great amenities like free laundry. Good breakfast and there is even a heated pool. You will need a car though to get around as the hotel is a bit further from restaurants and shops but with a car everything is close."
