GGuest UserThe ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room.

MMuhammad Sabir JanAccidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍

TTed DhanaThe hotel room layout was nice with most amenities needed. Fresh coffee is available all day in the lobby area. However, the room and building interior were a bit aged. There were some stained spots on the carpet in our room.
Fitness room was clean and sanitized but lack of weight machines. There were only some drum bells only.
The hotel location is convenient as it is right next to a big gas station with a convenient store for a quick stop for snacks and drinks. Woodbury Common outlet is around 20 minutes drive. Hotel breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Temperature control in the room was fine with digital control. Front desk staff was very helpful.

KkiainsOur room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

WWilliamThe hotel is right on Rout 4 West and within walking distance to the famous Korean H Mart and a Korean sauna place with a few restaurants at reasonable prices.
Easy to cross the GW Bridge into Manhattan with Lyft or Uber.
Shell station nearby offers food and beverage 24 hours.
Parking lot is huge. Rooms are sound proof.
Breakfast is basic but doable and free flow of beverage 24 hours 7 days.
Shower water pressure in my room 230 is low. Heater is a bit noisy but you can shut it down as the room is well insulated.

AAnonymous UserIt takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer.

GGuest UserThe entrances to the rooms face each other, so I was a little worried about being seen by others going in and out, but the bed was big, the shower had hot water, and there was a refrigerator and hair dryer. The bus to NY is often about 20 minutes late, but there are many buses. You can't use credit cards on the bus, so you need to have some coins ready or download the app to buy a ticket in advance. I think it was about $5.15 one way to NY. At night, there are no lights or people, and only trucks are passing by, so it's a little scary, but if you run from the bus stop, you can reach the hotel in about 1 minute.
