Very roomy accessible room on the first floor. Room was clean and had no lingering odors. Staff at check in and checkout were very warm and considerate. Guest room service attendant was very accommodating.

Had a family emergency and the hospital was right across the street from the hotel so it was very convenient for us to get in and out of the hospital and the room.
