KKevinThe hotel itself is great, I’ve stayed there plenty of times before, however this is the first time I’ve used trip.com to book, unfortunately when putting in all my info it appears trip.com switched my guest name with mine on the reservation which caused all types of confusion and had my card charged double because the hotel couldn’t find the reservation because it wasn’t under my name. I eventually was refunded but all of this happened on my birthday weekend… so yea not the best experience

No need to across the road, you can buy in Walmart and Dollar Tree, diner in Longhorn steakhouse (10% off if you live here)、Miller'sAle house、McDonald's、Donkin'、Wingstop、Maxican and Chinese food. For driving, US 9 and Garden Parkway are just beside. To JFK, only 1 HR.
Gem, swimming pool, 24/7 different hot coffee, make me more energetic during my business trip.

GGuest UserActually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip.

RRachanee WeisslederI have stayed here many times. Everything was great at this hotel, good location, clean and comfortable. Room was very peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is free service coffee-tea table, water and Dunkin Donuts available for customers all day and night. I feel like at home.

The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and there are not many choices, but the taste is good. It is quite comfortable overall and a good choice for business trips.
