Morro Bay Hotels with Parking

The remodel was a big improvement by making it more modern and stylish. The shower was a bit too retro, where a step in shower would have been a big improvement. The automatic bathroom light coming on as you entered at 2:00 am was something out of a horror movie. My wife used 3 sheets of toilet paper and a band aid to keep the light off. My wife would have preferred a bar of soap to the liquid dispenser.

Conveniently located with walking distance to the Morroy Bay waterfront with stunning view of Morro Rock. Clean, spacious and modern room with great bathroom amenities. Lots of breakfast / dining options nearby and great for a stay for families. Would love to visit again!

All in all a positive experience, rooms were new and very modern furnished. Unfortunately a little bright, which personally did not disturb us very much. Service was highly personally dependent, from super friendly and helpful (lady in early service) to total refusal to work (late service staff who did not want to cancel an accidental double booking and had various excuses for it) . Breakfast was very good and rich. Would the hotel book again, but no room at the ground floor (less privacy).

Booked this hotel temporarily, but it was an unexpected surprise on this journey. The hotel was a bit of an idea, but from the beginning of the reception, I felt that the owner was working very hard. 1. Parking is convenient and free. 2. Walk five minutes to the beach and one minute to the supermarket and fast food restaurant behind the hotel. 3. Each floor has a special reading area to provide local bird pictures to introduce local culture. There are also vending machines for drinks. I booked a room with a balcony. I could sit down and smoke and admire the sunset by the sea. 4. The front desk offers afternoon tea from 5 to 6 pm. Breakfast is on the third floor, the food is average, but on the terrace, you can overlook the waves and sails of the sea while breakfast, as well as the big rock. 5. I only booked one night, but found a coupon when I opened the door in the morning. It reads: Don't go so fast, give me a one-night fifty-six dollar discount and stay for another night, and enjoy the beauty and food here. If it hadn't been for my later itinerary, I would really like to stay another night and enjoy the tranquility of the town.

From the moment we arrived at the Masterpiece Hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room boasted a stunning view, and it was the perfect backdrop for relaxing after a day of exploring Morro Bay. The customer support was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile. Speaking of treats, the breakfast was a delightful surprise. Fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, and the amazing make-your-own waffle station had us fueled up and ready to take on the day. The waffles were truly a highlight - fluffy, crispy, and customizable with an array of toppings. It was a fun and delicious way to start the morning. Beyond the view, breakfast, and customer service, the overall experience at the Masterpiece Hotel was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable, the public spaces were inviting, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We truly felt we were staying in a masterpiece itself! If you're looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Morro Bay, look no further than the Masterpiece Hotel. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Breakfast is very good, with children staying in the twin room, there is free parking, the surrounding environment is very good, suitable for living, just some distance from the attractions, no problem driving

Beautifully renovated inn with laid back charm and nice decor. The bathroom needs some upkeep, but overall a nice place to stay for a long weekend. Sound insulation can be a bit poor. Main lobby and reception is modern, large with view over the lagoon and the Morro rock.

Check-in was really easy. No matter when you come, you're still in. You will get 2 big Cinnamon Buns in the coffee shop in the morning. Very delicious! The owner is an older man and he was very friendly ☺️ It's a little expensive for a motel but I was still satisfied 😉

This suite is a bit of an accident, suite. Two large double beds. Microwaves and refrigerators are available. Just on the side of the road, but the sound insulation is still basically no outside noise. Next door is a big supermarket, convenient for shopping.
