GGuest UserI really like this hotel and have booked twice. The front desk check in lady is fantastic! I wish I remembered her name but she has a bright personality and was so wonderful with my little 4 year old niece. I will book again because of her, location, and the cleanliness of the hotel. I really wish the hot tub would have been fixed. The breakfast was decent, the coffee from the machine is Meh. The breakfast server could be more friendly and helpful. Over all a good stay!

GGuest UserWasn't bad until we saw roaches...won't be back. Also, could use a little remodeling. The bath tub was cracked, looked gross. Ice machine was broken. But the worker's were nice.

GGuest UserShilo Inn Yuma is conveniently located with lots of restaurants within walking distance (200-300 meters). One thing to consider in booking this hotel is that they do not have breakfast. There is what is considered a ”mall” adjacent to the hotel but it is outdoors and filled with chain retail establishments and nothing unique. Easy to get to, just off Interstate 8, but you don't hear any highway noise. The hotel is old (I stayed here back in the 1980's) and sometimes it feels that way. Room has the amenities that you need. TV worked but didn't have a lot of channels and it was stuck on an aspect ratio that cut half the picture. The pool was nice but there are a lot of birds in the area and they tend to leave their mark everywhere (especially the deck chairs). They try to keep it clean but those birds are persistent. The staff is friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed and appreciated was the daily room servicing. Many hotels have stopped daily service so it was nice to get towels, the bed made, trash removal, etc. everyday.
