This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was touched by the warm atmosphere and the staff's enthusiasm. Check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast, and the staff were both friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and bright, the bed was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get up. The bedding and pillows were spotless and odorless—the attention to detail was impeccable. The bathroom facilities were complete and clean, the hot water supply was consistent, and the toiletries were of far superior quality to hotels in the same price range. The hotel breakfast was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese congee, noodles, and rice dishes to Western bread, coffee, and fresh fruit salads—all delicious. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, replenishing food and clearing tables promptly. With such service and environment, I truly deserve a perfect score and will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Overall, the shower gel, shampoo, etc. are very fragrant. The infrastructure can be Two questions. 1️⃣ At 10 o'clock in the evening on the 30th, someone put a woman crying in the corridor on the 6th floor to disturb the preparation of the exam/rest guests  2️⃣ After the alcohol wipe on the seat in the house, there are yellow objects that have been wiped off. I hope that the cleaning sister will pay attention to the table and chair. 3️⃣ The door is generally soundproof. Someone can hear it in the corridor in the early morning. The window is double-layered, but it still can't be separated from the sound of the high-speed rail or the subway.

The hotel is newly renovated and quite clean. The family rooms even have a separate living room and bedroom. The receptionist was very friendly and polite, and even provided complimentary breakfast. It's conveniently located near the subway, only three stops from Qingdao North Railway Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and the barbecue downstairs is delicious.

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the prompt responses from the housekeeping staff, the service throughout was incredibly welcoming. The room was nicely furnished and clean, with all the amenities. The breakfast was fantastic – a wide variety and piping hot! The location is also great, with shopping areas nearby and a park across the street, making it convenient for getting around. The attention to detail is evident throughout. I'll definitely book here again next time!

The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again!
