Five stars, highly recommend! Took the kids to Fantawild and Eden Park for the weekend and just randomly booked this hotel. I didn't have high hopes since the price seemed quite cheap, but it vastly exceeded my expectations! It's clean, the facilities are new, and the soundproofing is good. Most importantly, the service is absolutely amazing—the ladies at the front desk are like angels. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!!!

I really have to say something about this, it might be a bit long-winded. But! I genuinely feel this hotel deserves this review, absolutely no fake reviews. First of all, being a chain hotel, the service and quality are top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly when we checked in. If you need anything at night, just call the front desk, and they'll answer no matter how late! The staff will immediately bring it to you via robot. On the morning we went to the beach, we happened to run into the cleaning lady. When she learned we were going to the beach, she asked if we needed small shovels to dig in the sand, saying she had extras. Since we had our own, we declined 😁. There are restaurants downstairs, but personally, I felt the value for money was just average. This hotel is quite close to the bus stop; it takes a little over an hour to get to the beach, and the fare is two yuan per person. I felt the transportation was quite convenient. The hotel itself was also very clean, and the decor was beautiful. The only downside was the bathroom shower, which was a bit small. But it was enough for one person. (Hotel interior photos below) Most importantly!!! Their after-sales service is excellent. I was so careless! I forgot to take off my earphones before going to sleep and they fell onto the bed. I was in such a rush to leave the next day that I forgot to check them 😭. The hotel contacted me immediately after learning that I had lost my earphones and mailed them to me the very next morning (thank you to the cleaning lady and all the staff 🌹).
