"The check-in counter is on the 2nd floor, but it was difficult to find once I entered. The parking lot is far away. The hot spring sauna is not operating. It looked clean overall, but bugs eventually appeared, so I had to check out urgently at night. # The ceiling was full of bugs, but they treated me like a weirdo, claiming they were just gnats. I ended up getting a refund and checking out at midnight. Bugs were dripping from the ceiling onto the bed and onto my face, and they were bursting on the bed. Is it really right to just put up with that? The elderly person who was there during check-in was very kind. When I called to report the situation, they apologized, saying there were no other rooms available, and offered a refund, so I tried to endure it. However, when the night shift staff came to check, they looked at me strangely, asking why I was complaining and threatening to check out over something like this. It is truly the worst. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness above all else, and whether the bugs are big or small, isn't that something the guest has to bear? I absolutely do not recommend this place."

"Arrived in Sacheon with my family and booked an enboat. Check-in after 5pm and check-out by 12am. There was plenty of water, a bathroom available, and an elevator. Parking is limited, but there are available spaces. I had a good stay."
